| PurposeIn theory,the research progress and current status of diagnosis and treatment of infantile anorexia are to be understood through access to relevant literature;in clinic,that the clinical efficacy of Yangyinyunpi granules in treating the spleen and stomach yin deficiency anorexia in children are observed provides clinical ideas for clinical treatment of the spleen and stomach yin deficiency anorexia,which clear the advantage of dialectical Chinese medicine treatment of infantile anorexia.At the same time,the effect of Yangyinyunpi granules on the content of trace elements in peripheral blood are to be discussed according to the statistical data of zinc,iron and calcium ions before and after the treatment.MethodsDivide 70 cases infantile anorexia of the spleen and stomach yin deficient type into two groups respectively,35 cases each,the treatment group dropped 2 cases,and the control group dropped 3 cases.The treatment group and control group are given Yangyinyunpi granules and Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets(live)separately.Two months later,make a comparison between syndrome effect of treatment group and control group before and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks.14 cases treatment groups and 17 control groups are statistically analyzed in trace element in peripheral blood before and after 4 weeks.Results?The disease effect:After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group shows 8 cured cases,8 markedly effective cases,11 improved cases,6 of valid,the revealing rate reaching 48.5%;the control group shows 1 cured case,5 markedly effective cases,3 improved cases,23 non-effective case,and the revealing rate reaching 18.8%.The two groups has statistics meaning(P<0.05),it prompts treatment groups have advantage than control groups in disease effect.After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group shows 20 cured cases,8 markedly effective cases,5 improved cases,0 of valid,the revealing rate reaching 84.8%;the control group shows 6 cured case,9 markedly effective cases,15 improved cases,2 non-effective case,and the revealing rate reaching 46.9%.The two groups has statistics meaning(P<0.05),it prompts treatment groups have advantage than control groups in disease effect.?The syndrome effect:After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group shows 0 cured cases,3 markedly effective cases,26 improved cases,4 of valid,the total effective rate reaching 87.9%;the control group shows 0 cured case,0 markedly effective cases,6 improved cases,26 non-effective case,and the total effective rate reaching 18.8%.The two groups has statistics meaning(P<0.05),it prompts treatment groups have advantage than control groups in syndrome effect.After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group shows 6 cured cases,25 markedly effective cases,2 improved cases,0 of valid,the total effective rate reaching 100%;the control group shows 0 cured case,3 markedly effective cases,28 improved cases,1 non-effective case,and the total effective rate reaching 96.9%.The two groups has statistics meaning(P<0.05),it prompts treatment groups have advantage than control groups in syndrome effect.?The symptoms effect:the appetite,complexion and stool of the two groups is improved after 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment,while the treatment groups are better than the control groups.The treatment groups are improved in food intake,urine and tongue coating while the control groups remain changeless after 2 weeks treatment;both the treatments groups and the control groups are improved after 4 weeks,while the treatment groups are better than the control groups.Both treatment groups and control groups are improved in thirst,feverish palms and soles,sweat,while the distinction is not obvious after 2 weeks and the difference is markedly after 4 weeks treatment and the treatment groups are better than the control groups.The two groups have no improvement in body weight after 2 weeks treatment,while the treatment groups are improved and the control groups are still not changed,which could not compare the treatment group with the control group in the body quality.During the treatment period,the two groups have no adverse reaction case in the one month follow-up.After 1 month,3 cases relapsed in the treatment group,the recurrence rate was 9%,9 cases in the control group relapsed,the recurrence rate was 29%,and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.?The trace elements in peripheral blood:14 cases treatment groups and 17 control groups are observed.Both the treatment and control groups are increased in the zinc content.The treatment groups are increased in the iron and calcium content,while the control groups are invariant.ConclusionYangyinyunpi granules has a better therapeutical effect for infantile anorexia of the spleen and stomach yin deficient type,and has a markedly effect on improving appetite,food intake,complexion and stool.In addition,it can improve the content of zinc,iron and calcium ions.Yangyinyunpi granules has advantage of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets(live)in all of the symptom.This study reflects the dialectical method of Chinese medicine treatment of infantile anorexia and dicussed the causes of infantile anorexia,which could provide the clinical evidence to the treatment of infantile anorexia spleen and stomach yin deficiency type by Yangyinyunpi granules. |
