cluster analysis.Results : Through the experimental study,the following results were obtained:1.Using hierarchical clustering analysis method and fast clustering result is the polysaccharide content is relatively high for class 1,polysaccharide content in the middle is divided into 2 categories,fiber content relatively high for 3,and relatively low fiber content and polysaccharide content and starch points into four categories.2.The use of spss20.0 correlation analysis and moisture absorption rate of crude polysaccharide content and viscosity become significantly positive correlation and the coefficients of the two-sided test respectively 0.01 and0.001;crude fiber content and the water absorption and expansion rate significantly positive correlation and coefficient of two-sided test respectively 0.003 and 0.017;expansion of total starch content and water absorption rate significantly positive correlation,coefficient of two-sided test was 0.029;amylopectin content and ratio of viscosity is significantly positive correlation,coefficient of two-sided test is 0.015.Conclusion: Through the experiment and analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:Classification results using material parameters,and the use of principal component content classification results are broadly consistent.Show different medicinal materials;principal component,the physical properties are not the same,and therefore will on traditional Chinese medicine pill dissolution effect,so the use of material parameters of medicinal materials classification is feasible.
