Objective:Observation of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction in treatment of Functional Ventricular Premature beats (Hepatobiliary swelter type) in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods:Meet the criteria for inclusion of functional ventricular premature beats (Hepatobiliary swelter type) were randomly divided into two groups, each of 30 cases, a set of treatment with betaloc, is set to the control group; a group of chaihu plus longgu Muli decoction, is set to group. For 4 weeks in a row. Before and after treatment were recorded in two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, Holter, changes in liver and kidney function, compared and analyzed.Results:1.In the improvement of clinical symptoms, both groups can improve the clinical symptoms, chaihu plus longgu Muli decoction in the treatment group and the control group significant difference compared with betaloc (P<0.05), chaihu plus longgu Muli decoction in the treatment group than the control group with betaloc.2. The effect of ventricular premature beats, both groups were able to reduce the occurrence of ventricular premature, chaihu plus longgu Muli decoction in the treatment group and betaloc in the control group showed no significant differences (P>0.05). Chaihu plus longgu Muli decoction in the treatment group had no effect on heart rate (P>0.05).3. In terms of raising heart rate variability, two groups after treatment can improve time-domain index of heart rate variability in patients with, and there is no obvious difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction in treatment of functional ventricular premature beats (Hepatobiliary swelter type), can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms.2. Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction in treatment of functional ventricular premature beats (Hepatobiliary swelter type) can significantly reduce the occurrence of ventricular premature and does not affect the heart rate.3. Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction in treatment of functional ventricular premature beats (Hepatobiliary swelter type) can regulate the autonomic nervous system, increases the heart rate variability.
