| Objective:1.Documentary research:By collecting the documents which related to the application of Gexia Zhuyu decoction in gynecological aspect last 30 years,execute the statistical analysis, and then summarize the regular pattern of the application of Gexia Zhuyu decoction.Afterwards,use the result of research to provide reference for clinical work and further to improve the clinical curative effect.2.Clinical observation:To observe the clinical effect of Gexia Zhuyu decoction on treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(CPID)of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:1.Collecting documents which related to the application of Gexia Zhuyu decoction in gynecological aspect from CNKI,Wanfang and vip database during 1985 to 2015. Using statistic software to process the gathered documents and establishing a relevant database.Processing and analyzing information from multiple angles, and summarizing its applicable range, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome, efficacy, frequent addition and dilution of charge and the cooperation with other treatments. Transforming the documentary data to digital information. Ultimately analyze to a conclusion.2.50 patients who were in accordance with CPID of qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly selected and treated with Gexia Zhuyu decoction. Observing the diversification of symptoms, signs and inflammatory mass before and after treatment.Results:l.The frequency of dysmenorrhea is the highest in recent articles which uses Gexia Zhuyu decoction in treating gynecology disease,accounting for 41.49%, PID placed second which accounts for 11.70%; The most common symptom is abdominal pain with a proportion of 87.09%; Qi stagnation and blood stasis and unobstructed qi and blood transfer are the most common etiology and pathogenesis, accounting for 56.18%and 22.47% respectively; Activating blood and resolving stasis has the biggest proportion which is 59.34%of efficacy after adding and subtracting,and the second is moving qi to relieve pain,accounting for 32.97%; As for the modifying of medicament, there is a total of 63 herbs which add to the Gexia Zhuyu decoction,and belong to 15 classifications, the blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal and tonifying and boosting medicinal are the most among these classifications,and then is heat-clearing medicinal;In recent articles,Dang Gui Shao Yao San and Da Chai Hu decoction are used with Gexia Zhuyu decoction;The traditional Chinese medicine applying and acupuncture are main external therapeutics that cooperated with Gexia Zhuyu decoction.2.The total effective rate of clinical comprehensive effect is 81.40%,the TCM symptoms curative effect is 86.05%,while the local signs curative effect is 72.09%after treatment. Comparing the symptom scores, local signs integral before and after treatment,there is a conspicuous difference (p<0.01).Conclusion:1.Gexia Zhuyu decoction is mainly used for painful disease and bump in gynecological aspect;The main pulse are string-like pulse and string-like rough pulse; Commonly seen tongue is mainly dark purple and petechiae tongue with thin and white fur;Furthermore,frequent urination and sloppy stool are commonly seen. Blood stasis is the core of etiology and pathogenesis, and generally accompany with qi depression. The main efficacy of Gexia Zhuyu decoction is activating blood and resolving stasis and move qi to relieve pain. As for the modifying of medicament,the blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal,tonifying and boosting medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal and interior-warming medicinal are frequently used relatively. Therefore extending its scope of application,and making the application more comprehensive. 2.Gexia Zhuyu decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,local signs and stimulate the dissipation of the inflammatory mass for the patients who were suffered from CPID of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Thus we can believe that Gexia Zhuyu decoction is an effective formula for CPID of qi stagnation and blood stasis. |
