Objective:To observe the effect of winter PM2.5 water soluble components on the changes of cardiac ultrasound, hemodynamics and serum BNP in rats with abdominal aortic constriction operation.Methods:SD rats are randomly divided into two groups:1.abdominal aortic constriction group;2.Sham operation group.At 12 weeks after operation, the rats are randomly divided into PM2.5 water solution and the control group.After 24 hours of PM2.5 water solution or normal saline by tail intravenous,use cardiac ultrasound and BL-410 biological functional system to record the changes of cardiac structure and function in each group.Double antibody ABC-ELISA method is used to detect the serum BNP content in each group.Results:(1)24h after tail intravenous water soluble extract of fine particulate matter,rats of AACG have lower FS,faster HR,bigger LVEDP,smaller LVSP, +dP/dtmax and-dP/dtmax,higher level of BNP than the AACG rats of tail intravenous nacl.(2)24h after tail intravenous water soluble extract of fine particulate matter,rats of SOGfaster HR, bigger LVEDP,smaller LVSP, +dP/dtmax and-dP/dtmax than the SOG rats of tail intravenous nacl.(3)Rats of AACGPM2.5 have lower FS,bigger LVPWd?LVDd?LVEDP, smaller LVSP,+dP/dtmax and-dP/dtmax,higher level of BNP than rats of SOGPM2.5.Conclusion:(1) Water soluble extract of fine particulate matter can reduces FS,accelerates HR,enlarge LVEDP,reduces LVSP, +dP/dtmax and-dP/dtmax,increases level of BNP in rats of AAC.(2) Water soluble extract of fine particulate matter can accelerates HR,enlarge LVEDP,reduces LVSP, +dP/dtmax and-dP/dtmax in rats of SOG.(3) Rats of AACGPM2.5 have lower FS,bigger LVPWd?LVDd?LVEDP, smaller LVSP,+dP/dtmax and-dP/dtmax,higher level of BNP than the rats of SOGPM2.5. Abdominal aortic constriction surgy cause myocardial hypertrophy and left ventricular dysfunction in rats.Acute exposure to PM2.5, left ventricular function of rats was damaged,as to myocardial injury of rats, left ventricular function is impaired more significantly.
