Object:Comparative analysis the curative effect of enalapril maleate and folic acid and enalaprilat pills treatment H-type hypertension.Methods:Collection in November 2014 to April 2015 in Yan 'an University Affiliated Hospital of Dongguan Branch outpatient or hospitalization and data from a complete diagnosis of H-type hypertension in patients with mild and moderate 100 cases as the research objects. According to random number table method is divided into the experimental group and the control group(n = 50), the experimental group that Enalapril maleate and folic acid group(male/female, 26/24), referred to as in accordance with the leaf groups; Control group that enalaprilat group(male/female, 30/20). All patients with hypertension diagnosis accord with standard of 2010 version of the prevention and control of hypertension guidelines: 140 mm Hg?SBP<180mm Hg and(or) 90 mm Hg ? DBP<110 mm Hg; Plasma Hcy > 10 umol/L; Course of 4 months to 3 years; Aged 35 to 80 years old. The object of study in general information collected, including: gender, age, duration, body mass index, systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), heart rate, triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC), fasting blood glucose(FBG), homocysteine(Hcy), heart rate, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoproteincholesterol(HDL-C) etc. Experimental group give Enalapril maleate and folic acid to treat, the control group given enalaprilat to treat, followed up for half a year, and in 3 months and 6 months after treatment come to the hospital to review, review of the project include: blood pressure, plasma homocysteine, observe and record all the object of study the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events in the 6 months.Results:1. According to the enalapril maleate and folic acid group and enalaprilat group general data comparison: Gender between the two groups, age, duration, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, total cholesterol, triglycerides, fasting blood glucose, homocysteine, LDL-C, HDL-C had no statistical significance. 2. The antihypertensive effects comparison between the enalapril maleate and folic acid group and folic acid group with the enalaprilat group: In the two groups after treatment for 3 months, 6 months SBP and DBP levels was decline than the previous one period(P?0.05). But according to the enalapril maleate and folic acid group 3 months and 6 months SBP and DBP were significantly lower than enalaprilat group(P ?0.01). Buck the total effective rate was 94% in accordance with the enalapril maleate and folic acid, the enalaprilat group was 72%, the comparison of two groups of patients with step-down total effective rate, difference was statistically significant(P?0.05). 3. According to the the enalapril maleate and folic acid group and enalaprilat group drop Hcy curative effect comparison: In accordance with the the enalapril maleate and folic acid group after treatment for 3 months, 6 months between plasma Hcy levels were compared with the previous one period decreased significantly(P?0.01). The enalaprilat group after treatment for 3 months, 6 months plasma Hcy levels change within the group is no statistical significance(P <0.05). The maleic acid enalaprilat group drop Hcy effective rate was 84%, the enalaprilat group was 28%, the comparison of two groups of patients drop Hcy efficient, difference was statistically significant(P?0.05). 4. The follow-up period in accordance with the enalapril maleate and folic acid group and enalaprilat cardiovascular incidence of adverse events: Follow-up period in accordance with the enalapril maleate and folic acid group of cardiovascular adverse events occurred in 1 patients, the incidence was 2.0%. The enalaprilat group of 8 cases cardiovascular adverse events, the incidence was 16.0%. The comparison of two groups of cardiovascular incidence of adverse events, difference was statistically significant(P?0.05). Conclusion: 1. Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets antihypertensive effect is better than that of enalaprilat pills, and longer duration of medication, blood pressure control tend to be more stable. 2. Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets can reduce plasma Hcy, and longer duration of use, the plasma Hcy drop is more obvious. Enalaprilat cannot reduce plasma Hcy. 3. Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets were superior to lower blood pressure and reduce plasma Hcy than enalaprilat group. 4. Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets to treat H-type hypertension can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events significantly. 5. Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets treat H-type hypertension effect is remarkable, at the same time of decompression can significantly reduce plasma Hcy, are effective in the treatment of H-type hypertension compound recipe.
