Effect Of Enalapril Maleate Folic Acid Tablets Combined With Atorvastatin On Arteriosclerosis And Renal Function In Patients With H-type Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the effect of Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets combined with Atorvastatin on arteriosclerosis and renal function in patients with H-type hypertension.Methods:Sixty patients with H-type hypertension who were treated in the cardiology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the research subjects,30 cases were randomly selected as the observation group,and the other 30 cases were set as the control group according to the random number table method.The observation group was given enalapril maleate folic acid tablet10.8 mg orally once a day + atorvastatin calcium 20 mg orally once a night,and the control group was given 10 mg enalapril maleate tablet orally once a day +Atorvastatin calcium 20 mg orally once a night.The changes of arteriosclerosis and renal function after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment in both groups,the low-density lipoprotein,pulse wave velocity,carotid plaque score,cystatin C,urine microalbumin / creatinine,and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin were all improved compared with the previous one,and the treatment effect of the above indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,there was a statistically significant difference in the above indicators after treatment between the two groups(P <0.05);the Hcy value in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment,the Hcy value in the control group did not change significantly after treatment,and Hcy values had a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05);But there was no significant difference in bloodpressure and triglyceride indexes between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets combined with Atorvastatin can effectively improve arteriosclerosis and renal function in patients with H-type hypertension,and the improvement is more obvious than Enalapril maleate tablets.
