Objective:through FeNO application research in asthma management, treatment, guiding treatment of the asthma patient and clear FeNO significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:In January 2014 to June 2014 in qilu petrochemical center hospital patients, with symptoms of chronic cough, chest tightness, wheezing suppress patients, clinical, past medical history clearly diagnosed as bronchial asthma(including cough variability asthma, chest tightness, variant asthma) the outpatient service, in the courtyard to select 80 cases of patients with selected as group A,(age 12-65, gender random, 35 men and women, 45), bronchial asthma group according to the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma guidelines selection standard, 2008 out of critically ill patients at the same time, the selected 80 healthy at the same time, the recent supreme respiratory infections and lung disease as the control group(37 male, female 43), Groups of bronchial asthma patients, healthy breath of nitric oxide(FeNO) inspection and pulmonary function test and record the results, according to the bronchial asthma patients in strict accordance with the instructions and pay attention to the application of salmeterol/assigned 50/250(ug) joint singulair(drug singulair in 1 to 2 months or so stop) 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment of the two groups have been measured FeNO and FEV1 %, and record, analyze FeNO detection technology in the treatment of bronchial asthma and the value in the process of management.Results:Inhalation in the treatment of 2 patients appeared in the process of dry mouth, did not stop using inhalation therapy, 1 case in the process of suction ever feel nausea, chest tightness, alleviate by oneself, after that there are 2 cases of asthma patients to lost contact after from incomplete follow-up, more than 78 cases of patients with bronchial asthma group are completed in accordance with the relevant requirements of follow-up.1.(1) in asthma group medication after 1, 3, 6 months FeNO value can be measured and compared before drug treatment significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2) in drug therapy before and after 1, 3 months after treatment FENO value can be measured respectively, and the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the relevant treatment to 6 months FENO value compared with the control group, difference is meaningless(P > 0.05).(3) drug therapy of asthma group 1, 3, 6 months after the FENO values, the pairwise comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.(1) the asthma group in treatment 1, 3 and 6 months after the measure FEV1 % values compared with before treatment, there is statistical significance difference(P < 0.05).(2) in the application of nimesulide idea such as drug therapy before and after 1, 3 months after treatment measure FEV1 income between numerical values and the control group difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), asthma medication in June set of FEV1 % value insignificant compared with the control group differences(P > 0.05).(3) drug therapy of asthma group 1, 3, 6 months after the FEV1 % values between the two comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1, FeNO reflect asthma treatment effect, is a good indicator of bronchial asthma treatment monitoring. Bronchial asthma patients FeNO negative correlations with FEV1 % before treatment, after treatment has no relevance. 2, FeNO has higher sensitivity and specificity to the diagnosis of asthma, in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma, its sensitivity is higher than the lung function. Application of the ICS and bronchial asthma inhaled treatment process, the changes of the FeNO index can be used as a hormone dose or discontinuation of an important reference index.
