【 Object 】 Comparing prenatal ultrasonographic diagnoses with postpartumheart pathological anatomy in complex congenital heart disease to summarize the respectivecharacteristics of them, the aim is to explore the values of Four section scanning method and Nine sectionscanning methodof prenatal ultrasound in diagnoses of complex congenital heart disease.【Methods】By retrospectively analyzing prenatal ultrasound image datas about the 103 cases of complex congenital heart disease in our hospital during 2013-2015, and taking postnatal pathologic anatomy as the gold standard,we summarize all kinds of cardiac malformation features of prenatal ultrasonographic and postnatal pathological anatomy and analyze the misdiagnoses so as toresearch the evaluation index of Four section scanning method and Nine sectionscanning methodof prenatal ultrasound in diagnoses of complex congenital heart disease.【Result】1. 38 Categories and total of 224 cardiac anomalies were counted in 103 cases of complex congenital heart disease. Four section scanning method could accurately display 186 deformities, and the sensitivity of the diagnosis was 83.04%,while 211 deformitiescould be displayed with Nine sectionscanning method, and the sensitivity of its diagnosis was 94.20%.2. Four section scanning method and Nine sectionscanning methodhave the same sensitivity in the diagnosis of fetal abnormal junction of the vein and atrium, that of atrium and ventricle, and that of ventricular and great arteries, so do the other cardiac abnormalities. However, the nine section scan has higher sensitivity in the diagnosis of cardiac malposition, the aorta and its branchesabnormal.3. Through the contrast analyses between prenatal ultrasound and postpartum pathologic, the main misdiagnoseshappen in those fields of heterotaxy syndrome, pulmonary atresia, hypoplastic left or right heart syndrome, the abnormality of great aorta and its branches, some rare or complex congenital heart disease and the accompaniedmalformation, and so on.【Conclusion】1. Diagnosed in a short time, Four section scanning methodcan mainly be used to scan the low-risk fetal cardiac malformation. Due to highter detection rate and accuracy wider scanning range, Nine sectionscanning method can be used to diagnose the complex congenital heart disease, which showsthe great value in reducing birth defects and ensuring the eugenics.2. Prenatal echocardiographic and postnatal pathological anatomy of the heart always show the corresponding characteristic changes.3. If prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis doctors participate in the case of postpartum heart pathological anatomy and retrospectively analyzing their results, they may discover the missing or incorrect ultrasonographic diagnoses, and then analyze the reasons of misdiagnoses, making their prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis level improved.
