The Efficacy And Safety Of Seculin After Coronary Stent Implantation In Patients With Depression

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Seculin after coronary stent implantation in patients with depressionMethods CHD inpatients were chosen as objects been operated with manipulation of Percutaneous puncture of Coronary stent Implantation(PCI) in Cardiovascular Clinic of The Subsidiary Hospital of Qingdao University during January 2012 and January 2014.They were assessed depression by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD) one month after operation, 44 patients with a HAMD score greater than 17 were collected for the study. According to the willingness to antidepressants, patients were divided into experimental group and control group, each of 22 cases. Control group were treated with routine treatment after manipulation of PCI, on the basis of control group treatment, patients of experimental group administration Sertraline according to the severity of the depression.Observation for 8 weeks, Two groups were evaluated the degree of depression by HAMD scale Before and after treatment.Other changes of patients were examined before and after treatment, including Routine blood test, Routine urine test,Liver and kidney function,Electrocardiogram. And record two groups of patients with cardiovascular adverse events and adverse drug reactions.Results1. The effective number of experimental group patients: 21, the effective rate: 95.5%;The effective number of control effective number: 10, the effective rate:45.5%.Two groups of patients with efficient comparison, the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).2. The HAMD score of experimental group after treatment was lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant.Experimental group has lower Subtraction score and points reduction rate than control group, the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).3. The experimental group patients with sudden cardiac death is 0, myocardial infarction is 0, angina pectoris is2,heart failure is 0;Control patients with sudden cardiac death is 0, myocardial infarction is 1, angina pectoris is 8, heart failure is 0, the experimental group in patients with angina pectoris cases occurred was lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).4. The experimental group patients with gastrointestinal reaction in 2 cases, dry mouth in 3 cases, and all were mild. Before and after treatment,the blood routine, liver and kidney function not seen obvious abnormity between two groups of patients.Conclusion Sertraline curative effectives for comorbid depressive symptoms after coronary stent implantation, less adverse reaction, and can reduce cardiovascular adverse events to some extent.
