Objective: Through evaluating and analyzing event related potentials,to explore emotional regulation disorder of aggression in schizophrenic patients. Methods: totally 56 schizophrenic in two groups. These groups were 29 patients with aggression(AS)and 27 schizophrenia patients without aggression(NAS).All subjects were enrolled to watch emotional pictures pick out from IAPS and choose picture’s type, record their EEG data in the meantime. Objective to compare the difference of EEG data and behavioral data between each group.Results:(1) behavioral data:In aspect of reaction time,AS use longer time than NAS in judge positive emotional pictures(P<0.05). In aspect of accuracy, NAS has higher accuracy than AS in judge positive emotional pictures(P<0.05).(2) EEG data: Selected LRP as target ERP. It can be divided into two parts, R LRP and S LRP. The latency of both R LRP and S LRP of AS, showed significantly prolonged than that of the NAS(P<0.05).Use emotional types as independent variable, the two groups have shorter latency by negative affective picture stimuli than others. Conclusion: The Aggressive behavior of patients with schizophrenic have relationship with emotional regulation disorder.AS are more sensitive than NAS to negative affective stimulation, negative events can rose faster reaction priming effect, include the process of mental processing and action preparation, which indicates that AS may have attention bias while stimulating negative emotions.
