| Objective: This paper is to study the expression of estrogen receptor(ER)in gastric cancer tissue collected from Qinghai, and its relation between pathological type,differentiationand staging of gastric carcinoma.Method: It has collected 112 cases of specimen of gastric adenocarcinoma,as experiment group, which are verified by pathology from March 2010 to October 2014 in Affiliated Hospital to Qinghai University. The expression of estrogen receptor(ER)in the tissue of the primary lesion is tested, and select the corresponding tissues which is adjacent to the primary lesion as control group. The ratio of dyeing cell nucleus(positive) is ≥1%.Result:There are 4 cases(3.5%)whose ER expression is positive in gastric cancer tissue, the normal tissue adjacent is all negative. There is 1 male case(1.3%) positive, and 3 female cases(8.8%) positive. No evident in statistical significance shows that different genders have difference in positive ER expression in tumour(P>0.05); no evident in statistical significance shows that different peoples, different neoplasm staging or differentiation have difference in positive ER expression in tumour(P>0.05).Tumour which is infiltrated by lymph-plasma cell of different rating, is statistically significant in positive ER expression in tumour(P=0.019<0.05), but the ratio of positive expression of ER in tumour tissues does not rise accordingly as how much it is infiltrated.Conclusion: It turns out that the ER expression in gastric cancer is related to the infiltration of lymph-plasma cell of the gastric cancer tissues, and mesenchyme responding cell significantly impacts the biological behavior of gastric cancer. However, The ER expression has no obvious relation with the tumour location, differentiation or neoplasm staging. It still requires further study that ER can be used as new target spot in immunotherapy of gastric cancer or as an analysis factor in prognosis of gastric cancer. |
