| Objective:To expIore the safety of intraperitoneal chemotherapy with Raltitrexed in T4 colorectal cancer surgery. Methods:All 80 cases with T4 colorectal cancer undergone radical resection were divided into test group and control group. Test group was given radical surgical operation + intra abdominal implantation of Raltitrexed; control group radical surgical operation. The postoperative evaluation of each system toxic side effects, complications, restoration time of bowel functions, routine blood tests and liver and kidney functions in two groups before and 3 days after surgery were evaluated. Results:The major complications post operation included abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea, and incision infection. There were equivalent complications and exhaust time in test group and control group, each system toxic reaction in the two groups were compared with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The findings of the present study demonstrate that intraperitoneal chemotherapy with raltitrexed after T4 colorectal cancer operation is safe. To evaluate the efficacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy with Raltitrexed in T4 colorectal cancer surgery need more samples and more time. |
