| Objective:To discuss about the two detection methods for Hp infection of peptic ulcer and the comparison of their positive rate, as well as the relationship between the Hp infection in patients with peptic ulcer and serum IL-6,IL-8 and IL-2, to understand the immunoreaction expression of serum cytokine during the pathogenic process of Hp-related peptic ulcer as well as the changes in above indexes after the anti-Hp therapy. Methods: The data of 88 cases of patients with peptic ulcer admitted in our hospital from Jul, 2014 to Jan, 2015 was selected and collected for analysis, all the patients selected had been diagnosed endoscopically and detected for Helicobacter pylori(Hp) with endoscopic rapid urease test and pathological section of silver staining, they were divided into experiment group(Hp positive group) and control group(Hp negative group) based on the condition of Hp infection. All the patients selected were detected for serum IL-6,IL-8 and IL-2 before and after receiving the standard treatment and Hp radical treatment. Results: There were 59 cases of male and 29 cases of female who were selected into the cases, and the male-female ratio approximated 2:1, amid the patients with peptic ulcer, the male’s morbidity was higher than female’s; amid the two groups of patient selected, there were 31 cases of gastric ulcer and 57 cases of duodenal bulbar ulcer, the morbidity of the latter(64.8%) was significantly higher than that of the former(35.2%)(P<0.05).The result of Hp detection suggested that: there were 48 patients who were detected as positive and 40 patients as negative by the rapid urease test(RUT), there were 55 patients who were detected as positive and 33 patients as negative by the pathological section of silver staining test, the method of pathological section of silver staining was better than RUT in sensitivity. The level of serum IL-6 and IL-8 of Hp positive group before treatment was significantly higher than that of Hp negative group(P<0.05), as to the level of IL-2, the Hp positive group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the content of serum IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 of Hp positive group was close to that of Hp negative group, compared with prior to treatment, there was a significant difference.Conclusion:1.As to the comparison of two different Hp detection methods, the method of pathological section of silver staining had a higher positive case rate than RUT, there was no statistical difference between the both though, it was still indicative that, the method of pathological section of silver staining had a better sensitivity than RUT.2.The content of serum IL-2 of Hp positive group was significantly lower than that of Hp negative group, while its content of IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly higher than that of Hp negative group, the difference between the both groups was statistically significant(p<0.05), indicating that, Hp infection could inhibit the cellular immunity of organism and activate the humoral immunity, its level can be regarded as an index to decide the condition of organism immunity.3.After treatment, the content of serum IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 of Hp positive group was close to that of Hp negative group, compared with the condition prior to treatment, there was a significant difference, which was statistically significant, indicating that, after treatment, Hp had been radically cured, and the immunologic function had been improved. |
