This test included two parts:The first part is about studying the relationship between oral Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and gastritis, peptic ulcerObjective : To search the relationship between oral Helicobacter pylori and gastritis. peptic ulcerMethods : To use Rapid Vresase Test to detect oral Hp and to use C-UBT to detect Hp in gastric Mucosa .Results : oral Hp positive rate of patients with gastritis and peptic ulcer relative to Hp is higher than that of those irrelative to Hp and Time of positive result is shorter than that of negative one.Conclusion : oral Helicobacter pylori is well correlated with gastritis and peptic ulcer, oral cavity is an important existing environment to Hp and oral dental plaque is Correlated with Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric mucosa.
