Objective: To explore the possible clinical application of Matrine Injection to reduce the HMC degranulation caused by anti-Fc?RI antibodies positive of serum of CAU patients. Methods: The concentration of 1 x 105 / L of mast cells suspension 100?L join 96 hole cell culture plate, 30 hole each hole with matrine injection 50?L(including matrine500?g) 24 h incubation, as the experimental group A; Not to join matrine injection 30 hole for experimental group B. At the same time set to join matrine injection 50?L incubation of the control group 30 hole together. In 10 cases with anti-Fc?RI antibodies positive of serum of CAU patients 50?L join the experimental group A and group B respectively, 10 cases of serum of healthy human in the control group. After 20 minutes of incubation, mast cells degranulation rate and histamine release quantity of each group are observed. Results: Mast cells degranulation rate and histamine release quantity of testing group A and the control group are lower than the experimental group B, there are significant difference(F = 165.081, 43688.714, P < 0.05).Conclusion: Matrine Injection could reduce the human mast cells degranulation caused by anti-Fc?RI antibodies positive of serum of CAU patients in vitro.
