Objectives To analyze the incidence and location of deep venous thrombosis(vein thrombosis deep, DVT) after knee arthroscopy, and to analyze the relationship between the occurrence of DVT and the risk factors of lower extremity after knee arthroscopy. Methods According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,709 patients with different knee arthroscopic surgery in second hospitals of Tangshan City,Two Section of Jiont from January 2014 to December 2014 were studied historically. The data included: the patient's name, gender, age, height, weight, disease name and other basic information; after admission tests, blood glucose, blood lipids, and postoperative laboratory of Ddimer body, FDP, fibrinogen, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein etc. testing data;and operation mode, tourniquet time, operation is complicated with DVT data. According to the different operation ways, tourniquet time length, gender, age, size, and blood glucose, glycerin three greases(TG), total cholesterol(CHOL) is higher than the normal group respectively.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software to carry on the analysis, according to the property of variable data, measurement data mean comparison using t-test, count data rate by c2 test, analysis the relationship between the occurrence and influence factors of DVT by binary logistic regression test, P< 0.05, that the results are statistically significant. Results In statistical 709 cases of knee arthroscopy patients.Postoperative DVT patients 84 cases. The incidence rate was 11.84%, different knee arthroscopy after DVT incidence were: meniscectomy:8.60%; medial collateral ligament repair:11.11%, the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction:11.93%; posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction:19.23%; ACL+MCL/LCL:18.42%; PCL+MCL/LCL:22.22%; ACL+PCL+MCL:33.33%, combined knee joint mirror with high tibial osteotomy: 21.74%. In the all venous thromboembolism: intramuscular venous thrombosis in 68 cases(80.95%), the peroneal veins in 10 cases(11.91%), popliteal and tibial, peroneal vein embolism and 3 cases(3.57%), posterior tibial, peroneal, muscle vein and embolism in 3 cases(3.57%), no progress for the cases of pulmonary thromboembolism. Logistic regression analysis showed that: men compared to women(B=-0.564, P = 0.040, or = 0.569); 40 ~ 59 years old group compared with 40 years old group(B=1.514, P = 0.000, OR=4.544); tourniquet time 60~90 minutes compared to <60mins(B=-1.615, P = 0.002, OR=5.130); triglyceride(B=-0.823,P=0.021, OR=0.439);PGlu and PCHOLwere >0.05. DVT group and non DVT group test indicators compared t-test result respectively is: PD-dim er = 0.000, P ESR= 0.000, PCRP = 0.000, PFDP=0.036, PFIBoriginal 0.063.Conclusions(1) After arthroscopic knee surgery of lower extremity DVT incidence in 8.60%~33.3%, the average incidence rate of 11.84%;(2) Multi ligament repair postopera-tative DVT rate highest, high tibia osteotomy times, meniscectomy incidence of postoperative DVT in the lowest, tourniquet time longer operation after DVT risk is high;(3) Female incidence rate than men;(4) 40 to 59 years of age were DVT was significantly higher than that in other age groups.
