| We can use lumped parameter model to analyze hemodynamic of the cardiovascular system. Cardiovascular lumped parameter model is similar to the relationship between the circuit parameters. Lumped parameter model has a wide range of applications, low cost computing. Lumped parameter model of coronary artery bypass surgery in the application of planning, requiring coronary lumped parameter model must be able to accurately simulate the patient’s physiological state personalization. Lumped parameter personalized problem is to determine the lumped parameter model parameters, in order to make lumped parameter model to simulate the pressure and flow waveforms similar the patient’s condition,The study, to establish a personalized coronary lumped parameter model for the mission. We base on coronary lumped parameter model structure personalized and model parameters personalized complete requirements. Finally, we establish a personalized lumped parameter model of the patient’s physiological parameters based on one case of clinical coronary artery disease.The paper is about:(1) Coronary lumped parameter model structure personalized: According to the clinical standard of coronary segments 16 points system, structure of the coronary arteries of the lumped parameter model, each segment using the three-parameter Windkessel lumped parameter model; Base on coronary 3D reconstruction result, reducing the vessel segment from the standard 16-segment model. Achieve parameter model structure personalize.(2) Coronary lumped parameter model parameters personalization: 1. We use a method of Cardio-ankle vascular index(CAVI), estimated arterial circulation’s elastic of lumped parameter model of coronary circulation. 2. Blood flow resistance and inertia: we use objective function base on root mean square error of clinical aorta pressure, cardiac output and lumped parameters simulate pressure, simulate cardiac output. Finally, we use genetic algorithms to optimize coronary lumped parameter’s resistance, inductance, and capacitance, achieving lumped parameter model parameters personalize.(3) We personalize a coronary lumped parameter model, obtained vascular elasticity, coronary blood flow resistance of each segment, the inertia of blood, vascular compliance, based on a Beijing ANZHEN Hospital patient physiological data include patient age, height, blood pressure, CAVI, cardiac output, coronary 3D reconstruction result.We established coronary standard method for solving lumped parameter model section 16 and section 16 or personalized(less than 16) lumped parameter model is solved; Achieve a lumped parameter model’s parameters estimated method based on genetic algorithm optimization; We also provides an index based on the elasticity of blood vessels CAVI, the use of age, diastolic and systolic blood pressure lumped parameter model to determine the method of vascular compliance.Patients with lumped parameter model personalized results showed that the personalized lumped parameter model simulated aortic pressure, cardiac output, the left coronary artery, right coronary pressure and flow data are similar clinical results. |
