The cardiovascular system is a complex system and the cardiovascular diseases have becomethe people’s biggest problem, which make more and more scholars become interest in analysisabout the physiological mechanism and the working principle of the cardiovascular system. Heartsound signals are complex physiological signals, and the mechanism of heart sound signalsprovide theoretical guarantee for heart auscultation. In this paper, in order to discuss the workingmechanism of cardiovascular system and the generation mechanism of heart sounds, a innovativelumped parameter of cardiovascular simulation model has been put forward based on the physicalstructure of cardiovascular circulation system.First of all, a lumped parameter of cardiovascular simulation model has been set up and thesimulation model based on related basic theory of fluid mechanics and electric network can bedivided into three sub models: systemic sub model, pulmonary circulation, heart model. Theinnovation of this model has been reflected in the following three aspects:(1) in the heart model,the heart valves were originally modeled as anti-parallel diodes to allow forward and backwardresistances to be represented. Subsequently, the valve model was modified based on the simplifiedBernoulli equation to compute the transvalvar flow.(2)The suggested model is the extension ofsystemic sub model, coupling, using coupling to the left and right ventricular wall increasedpulmonary circulation of paragraphs blood vessels to form a closed loop, make up thecardiovascular system model.(3) when the paragraphs in the pulmonary circulation of the bloodvessels in full consideration of the elastic cavity blood flow and blood flow resistance in theprocess of internal resistance, elastic cavity model was improved, and put forward the pulmonaryblood vessels at both ends of the pressure and the blood vessels in the paragraphs of the nonlinearrelationship between blood volume.Secondly, the established model has been used to explain the generation mechanism of heartsound and three simulated heart sounds can be getted from the heart model. The relationship ofthe changing of the first heart sound waveform and the cardiovascular hemodynamic parametershas been discussed. By discussing the relationship of the changes of model parameters and thefirst heart sound wave shape to summarizes the generation mechanism of heart sounds.Finally, normal and pathological cardiovascular hemodynamic parameters can be get from theestablished model. The simulation results show that the established model can describe the physiological structure of cardiovascular circulation system, can also describe the workingmechanism of cardiovascular circulation system. The model simulation is used to derive thenormal and pathological cardiovascular system under the circumstance of hemodynamicparameters. The simulation results show that the model can describe the physiological structure ofcardiovascular circulation system and the working mechanism of cardiovascular circulationsystem. The feasibility of the model is also verified by the simulation test, shows that the modelhas a certain practical value.The proposed cardiovascular system simulation model can reflect detail characteristics三ofthe cardiovascular system and the mechanism of heart sound signal analysis laying a goodfoundation for cardiovascular disease research.
