Background: For the factors of coronary heart disease,National Cholesterol Education Program(NECP),it is recommended that over 20 years old of age should be screened for for their daily routine, the association of American physicians(ACP)recommended age 35-65 years old male and 45-65 year old female to be screened and active intervention. In 31 provinces and cities in China survey more than 90395 adults serum total cholesterol levels at the age of 60 adults(4.33±1.09)mmol/L,this is also a high incidence of coronary heart disease age.Cholesterol levels and coronary heart disease increased causality between serum cholesterol levels increased by 10%,increased risk of coronary heart disease 20%-30%.The increased cholesterol is a risk factor for coronary heart disease the most controllable.Although the ESC guidelines for all patients as the goal(total cholesterol level less than 5mmol/l,low density lipoprotein cholesterol is less than 3mmol/l,but the duration and intensity of different drug treatmen. Objective: This research mainly studies of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients after coronary artery bypass grafting in the treatment of general strength the management of dyslipidemia and major adverse events, and emphasizes the importance of lipid management in coronary artery bypass graft after coronary heart disease patients with secondary prevention.Method: From January 2012 to November 2013 of cardiac surgery,TEDA International Cardiovascular Disease Hospital surgical coronary heart disease patients with hyperlipidemia and coronary artery bypass grafting in 116 cases as the research object, which is divided into simvastatin and atorvastatin group,Doses of simvastatin 40mg/qn and atorvastatin 20mg/qn were administered on the day of admission and continued daily for 6 months. Before coronary artery bypass surgery, postoperative 1 month, after 3 months,6 months after the blood TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C concentrations;alt,AST and GGT bun CRE CK,and adverse reactions in patients, and patients with major adverse events(MACE)occurrence was recorded.MACE is mainly: the bridge vascular stenosis, myocardial infarction, angina recurrence, heart failure or coronary heart disease as the main factor once again admitted to hospital, and the need for clinical intervention. Results: simvastatin 50 cases, male to female ratio was36:16,age 62.14±6.92,height 168.08±7.95 cm,weight 73.9±11.37 kg body weight index was 26±2.82;atorvastatin group 66 cases, male to female ratio was 44:22,age 62.58±8.66 years old, height is 164.17±7.39 cm,weight 170.20±2.38 kg,body weight index was 26.13± 3.95,lipid before operation were: simvastatin group: TC 4.68±1.18 mmol/L,TG 1.71±0.86 mmol/L,HDL-C 0.97±0.24 mmol/L,LDL-C 3.19±1.02 mmol/l.Atorvastatin group: TC 5±1.52 mmol/L,2.48 ±1.70 mmol/L,HDL-C 1.02±0.30 mmol/L,LDL-C 3.28±1.20 mmol/L.there were no adverse events related to coronary heart disease in two patients groups.Compared with preoperative,TC and LDL-C levels in the two groups of patients were significantly decreased(P<0.05)and TG in the simvastatin group no significant changes,HDL-C increased significantly(P<0.05)and atorvastatin group HDL-C does not appear difference(P>0.05);between the two groups reduced blood lipid effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were few adverse reactions in the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Two groups did not appear MACE.Conclusion: 1.simvastatin 40 mg and 20 mg atorvastatin two drugs on CABG patients with hyperlipidemia patients can significantly reduce LDL-C.In the short term after the operation,1-6 can achieve the effect of adjusting blood lipid therapy after CABG operation.2.simvastatin 40 mg and atorvastatin 20 mg have the same effect to reduce the levels of LDL-C,TG and TC.CABG after 40 mg application of simvastatin in the short term than atorvastatin 20 mg more significantly elevated HDL-C,can be used as a reference for postoperative short-term clinical medication.
