Objective:To observe the changes of intestinal dysfunction caused by acute incomplete intestinal obstruction. And the effects of application of Sijunzi Decoction on intestinal function after relieving obstruction was assessed. Methods :After intestinal obstruction of rat was made, the damage status of intestinal mucosal, levels of DAO, MDA,SCF m RNA?c-kit and the number of interstitial cells of Cajal were measured or observed in 24,48,72 hours. The changes of indicators above were measured and observed in 48, 96 hours after relieving obstruction and application of Sijunzi Decoction. Results :The levels of serum DAO?organic MDA and the damage status of intestinal mucosa were higher obviously in intestinal obstruction model groups than those in control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum DAO?organic MDA were related to the damage status of intestinal mucosal. The levels of organic SCF m RNA?c-kit were lower obviously in intestinal obstruction model groups than those in control group(P<0.05). The levels of organic SCF m RNA?c-kit were related to interstitial cells of Cajal. After relieving obstruction, the levels of serum DAO?organic MDA reduced gradually, the damage status of intestinal mucosa turn for the better gradually, the levels of organic SCF m RNA?c-kit elevated gradually and the number of interstitial cells of Cajal increased gradually. Sijunzi Decoction group changed much than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) The levels of serum DAO?organic MDA rose continually and the intestinal mucosa damaged gradually after intestinal obstruction. Which destroyed seriously the intestinal mucosal barrier and made interstitial function worse. The levels of organic SCF m RNA?c-kit and the number of interstitial cells of Cajal reduced after intestinal obstruction, which effected function of intestinal movement.(2) After relieving obstruction, the levels of serum DAO?organic MDA?organic SCF m RNA?c-kit and the number of interstitial cells of Cajal were back to normal gradually. Sijunzi Decoction could accelerate the progress and make the intestinal movement function better.(3) In the early after relieving obstruction, the rats were malnourished weak of spleen and stomach. Sijunzi Decoction could give nutrition to spleen and stomach, enhanced the adaptability of intestinal, improved nutritional status, and was used to the recovery of the intestinal function.
