According to data shows,currently on the market for the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)enema preparations is less,especially the new preparations of less,more than western medicine enema,such as antibiotics and hormone effect is not exact,compared with the traditional Chinese medicine side effect is bigger,the long-term effect is uncertain.This research adopts the "spleen moisture penetration hemostatic party"(Common Vladimiria Root 10 g,Terminalia chebula Retz 10 g,Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf 10 g,Atractylodes macrocephala 10 g,Paeonia lactiflora Pall 10 g,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch 6 g,Common Yam Rhizome 20 g,Angelica sinensis 10 g,Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb 30 g,Jobstears Seed 30 g,Portulaca oleracea L.30 g,Sophora japonica Linn 10 g,carbonized sanguisorba root 15 g,Corydalis yanhusuo 10 g,Pulsatilla chinensis 30 g,Areca catechu L.12 g,cimicifugae foetidae 6 g)oral,retention enema and auricular application pressure on UC treatment,to observe the combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of moderate ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy.Objective: to "spleen moisture penetration hemostatic party" oral,retention enema and auricular application pressure treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of moderate ulcerative colitis.Methods: according to the medical order,according to the random number table in 40 patients,random single blind,divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group "spleen permeability wet hemostatic party" oral and retention enema and auricular application pressure treatment,the control on conventional beauty salad lamictal tablets treated with metronidazole glucose and gentamicin.Observed two groups of patients before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical symptoms,signs,symptoms and safety indicators.Results: the results showed that the treatment group and control group in patients with active score and TCM symptoms curative effect and clinical curative effect observation indexes were improved significantly after treatment,showed that "spleen permeability wet hemostatic party" oral,retention enema and auricular application pressure combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and the beauty of traditional salad oxazine therapy has certain curative effect of ulcerative colitis.1.The treatment for 3 months of observation indexes,the results showed that the activity of the treatment group patients score and TCM symptoms curative effect and clinical curative effect and the control group had no obvious difference,that short-term treatment of two groups of treatment effect is no statistical difference.2.Compared to 6 months after treatment of observation indexes,the results showed that the activity of the treatment group patients score and TCM symptoms curative effect and clinical curative effect is better than the control group.Conclusion: "spleen moisture penetration hemostatic party" oral,retention enema and auricular application pressure combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for treating moderate ulcerative colitis has good clinical curative effect,has the promotion value.
