| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating ulcerative colitis(UC)with JieChangYan I tablet and explore the mechanism of treating ulcerative colitis and probe the mechanism from the theoretical and clinical aspects.Method: 220 cases with UC are divided into two groups at random. The treatment group is given JieChangYan I tablet, and the control group treated with SASP.Result: Comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups, there is significant difference between the treatment and control group (P<0.05), the totally effective rate of treatment group is 91.53%, while that of control group is 74.51%. Treatment group can improve significantly the symptoms such as diarrhea, tenesms, the scorch of anus, abdominal distension, and the curative effect is better than that of control group.Conclusion: JieChangYan I tablet is a safe and effective drug of treating UC, and the mechanism might be regulated immune function, anti-oxygen free radical injury. It can relieve the symptoms, accelerate ulcerative recovery, adjustment intestinal flora, and improve blood circulation. |
