Shear Wave Elastography TCM Syndrome Types Of Chronic Hepatitis B And Correlation Studies

Purpose:Through the detection of liver stiffness by shear wave elastography technology to analysis the different kinds of chronic hepatitis B patients, in order to explore its objective value to the chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients who utilize the syndrome of traditional Chinese medical, compare it with the other kinds of objective indicatiors to know the connection and advantages..Methods:Utilize the Philips EPIQ5 ultrasound imaging device to analysis 80 outpatient and inpatient CHB patients cases and 20 normal persons of Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, measuring the size of the liver, portal vein width, spleen size, and apply shear wave elasticity imaging technique measuring the patients right lobe's Young's modulus measurement value (in KPa units), and then compare the measurement value of different kinds of syndromes of CHB,combine it with the serological indicators and APRI,FIB-4 comprehensive evaluation index.Results:CHB patients'syndrome of traditional Chinese medical and the nature of shear wave elastography have some relevance.Conclusion:The shear wave elastography could reflect the different kinds of CHB patients liver stiffness, therefore it has objective value to the syndrome of the traditional Chinese medical,provide objective basis for the combination of clinical traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
