Short-term Curative Efficacy Of Carry Cancer Associated Antigen Gene Recombinant Adeno-associated Virus Transfected DCs Based Anti Tumor Targeted Immunotherapy(ACTL) For The Treatment Of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective: To investigate clinical effects of carry cancer associated antigen gene Recombinant Adeno-associated virus transfected DCs based a nti tumor targeted immunotherapy(ACTL)for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and monitoring the immune status of the patients and the toxic and side effects.Methods: Retrospective study of 48 patients with advanced NSCLC during 2014-01/2015-12 were randomly divided into two groups,including 26 cases in the experimental group and 22 cases in the control group.Patients in the experimental group received 56 days(28 days for 1 courses)of 2 courses of ACTL(r AAV-DC-CTL)treatment,the control group received 56 days of 2 courses of DC-CIK treatment.After the end of the treatment,the evaluation of the efficiency and the KPS were evaluated,and the level of peripheral blood cell factor was detected,and the toxicity and side effects were observed.Results: The experimental group of patients with the disease control rate was 53.85%,KPS score improvement rate was 65.38%,significantly better than the control group(53.85%vs40.91%,65.38%vs50.0%,P < 0.05).And compared to the control group,patients in the experimental group CD3 ~+,C D4 ~+ T cell percentage,percentage of NK cells,CD4 ~+ / CD8 ~+ ratio after treatment increased than before,two groups compared with significant difference(P < 0.05);IFN-g in the experimental group compared with those before treatment significantly increased,compared with before treatment,IL-2,TNF alpha has increased to varying degrees,compared with before treatment,IL-10 decreased at and,two groups compared with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: AC TL therapy can improve the immune status of the patients with advanced lung cancer,the tumor has certain curative effect and toxicity of light can be recommended as a non small cell lung cancer and effective method of adoptive immunotherapy.
