Compatibility Rule Research Of Acupoints For Facial Paralysis Basing On Complex Network Community Structure Partition

ObjectivesThe aims of this study are to provide a clinical evidence about facial paralysis treated by acupuncture, which include acupionts compatibility and diagnosis and treatment options through the refining, mining and analysis of ancient and modern literature, and further test the feasibility of acupuncture prescription study in regard to acupionts compatibility and optimization basing on complex network technology.MethodsTo establish the database of facial paralysis treated by acupuncture, the literatures involving in ancient and modern experts'experience materials has been collected widely. According to clinical need, the intrinsic rules will be excavated and analyzed applying complex network community structure partition technology and split-modified greedy algorithm, such as general rule analyzed from whole perspectives, rule of acupoint selection method and distribution of meridians analyzed from local angle, law of kernel acupoints and their compatibility analyzed from static perspective, and rule of prescription choice and kernel acupoint of prescription analyzed from dynamic perspective.Results1. Whole perspectives result shows the acupoint network from ancient and modern literature has the character of worldlet, scale-free, robustness and vulnerability, which could analyze the inherent law about acupionts compatibility and formulation optimization, and interpret the clinical diagnosis and treatment thought and the core idea.2. Local angle result indicates the channel distribution of ancient and modern acupoint network focus on Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming, Large Intestine Meridian of Hand Yangming, Governor Meridian, Bllader Meridian of Foot Taiyang, Gallbllader Meridian of Foot Shaoyang and Sanjiao Meridian of Hand Shaoyang. Meanwhile, the channel distribution of ancient acupoint network focus on Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming. Large Intestine Meridian of Hand Yangming.
