Objective:Using the systermatic review method to evaluat partitioned moxibustion's clinical efficacy and safety of primary dysmenorrheal. Methods:According to the objective to make the literature inclusion and exclusion criteria, retrieval strategy, comprehensive searched in CBM, CNKI, VIP database, Wanfang conference papers database, Cochrane Library, PubMed, retrieval time from 2000 to March 2016. Through reading the title, abstract, reference, the full text of the way, strict screening out fit into the standard of clinical randomized controlled trials (RCTs).Gathered useful data into an excel sheet. Evaluate the included study's method quality, data analysis and synthesis, meta-analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the outcomes of the research, and the results of the GRADE rating quality of evidence. Objectively to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety by partitioned moxibustion on primary dysmenorrheal. Results:This systematic review included 12 articles with partitioned moxibustion for interventions in randomized clinical trials, a total of 1236 subjects, the moxibustion group of 659 cases,637 cases in the control group, the age is about 14-28, the course of disease from June years.Partitioned moxibustion group and the control group of seven outcome measures for quantitative analysis results are as follows:total efficiency [RR 1.15,95%CI (1.11,1.20) and indirect moxibustion vs Western medicine group have efficiency [RR 1.1895%CI (1.10,1.27)] and substance partitioned moxibustion vs Chinese medicine group have efficiency [RR 1.13,95%CI (1.08,1.19)]. The total cure rate [RR 1.81,95%CI (1.57,2.09)] and separated moxibustion vs Western medicine group cure rate [RR2.11,95%CI (1.37,3.25)] and separated moxibustion vs Chinese medicine group cure rate of [RR1.71,95%CI (1.44,2.01)], dysmenorrhea clinical symptom integral [-1.96,95%CI (-2.94,-0.99)].Conclusion:1. Partitioned moxibustion group compared to Western medicine group, Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine group had better efficiency in comparison with the cure rate and the effect of clinical curative effect, the quality of evidence is moderate.Regarded as stable results.2. To evaluate the clinical symptom of dysmenorrheal:the analysis results show that partitioned moxibustion has better effect than the control group, but the evidence of treatment is very low, the results need to be treated with caution.
