ObjectiveIn this study,combining with the use of heat pumps and stamping centrifugal soda of separate technology and studying.on the drying wind convection and drying process at room temperature and features about fivetypical Traditional Chinese Medicine which are easy to bad at high temperature drying,such as bergamot,punmelo peel,mint,honeysuckle,dried longan pulp.Researching the effect of different drying factors which are active ingredients,color,shape and texture on medicinal materials.Meanwhile,study on the processing's mechanism by literature research and chemical methods to gain the better technology.And providing a basic research and basis for practical production and guiding mass production.So that products'quality is easy to controlled and operated and is safety.Methods1.Studying on drying wind convection features at room temperature of Traditional Chinese Medicine which are easy to bad at high temperature dryingUsing intelligent devices with room temperature and setting drying conditions at different temperatures(30?50 ?),wind speed,relative humidity,etc,to draw curves under different conditions of dried herbs;Analysising the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine under various dried conditions,to explore the factors that affect the drying and to gain preliminary drying process.2.Researching the quality degeneration of Traditional Chinese Medicine which are easy to bad at high temperature dryingUsing drying equipment with ambient temperature,drying five kinds of herbs at different temperatures and relative humidity,observing and recording their characteristics and measuring index composition.Comparing to the changes of drying herbs' index composition before and after,and analysising of the quality degenerated factor;Putting the five kinds of herbs into the constant temperature and humidity device,and the temperature is controlled to 40? and 60?,and stored at different relative humidity for 10 hours to analyze the quality degenerated factor after storaged,3.Processing technology' s study of Traditional Chinese Medicine which are easy to bad at high temperature dryingStudying on the drying wind convection and drying process' s mechanism at room temperature by literature research about those five kinds of herbs which are easy to bad at high temperature drying.Results1.To draw curves under different conditions of dried herbs.2.TO gain Preliminary results of quality degenerated mechanism.3.To optimize the process of dried herbs.The best technology of bergamot is A2B2C3,which drying temperature is 40?,drying time is 13 hours and drying wind speed is 10 m/s.The best technology of punmelo peel is A2B2C3,which drying temperature is 40?,drying time is 6 hours and drying wind speed is 9 m/s.The best technology of mint is A1B2C2,which drying temperature is 30?,drying time is 4 hours and drying wind speed is 7 m/s.The best technology of honeysuckle is A2B2C3,which drying temperature is 40?,drying time is 8 hours and drying wind speed is 9 m/s.The best technology of dried longan pulp is A2B2C3,which drying temperature is 40?,drying time is 12 hours and drrying wind speed is 10 m/s.Conclusion1.According to the experimental exploration of the drying curves and more scientifically and reasonably dried the herbs.2.Analysising of the quality degenerated factors and providing a theoretical basis and foundation for large-scale production and storage.3.Optimizing the drying process of high temperature perishable herbs,meanwhile,improving quality of products and efficient production,for large-scale production to provide some theoretical basis.
