The Study Of Observation Of Treatment Effect For Jiaweishaoganfuzi Soup In Cancer Pain With Yangxuhanning Type

ObjectiveTo explore the treatment effect of the jiaweishaoganfuzi soup combined the oxycontin in the cancer pain patients with the yangxuhanning type.This topic from the clinical point of view,through to the yangxuhanning type on the basis of opioid analgesic pain patients combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicinal jiaweishaoganfuzi soup opioid analgesic efficacy compared with pure observation,evaluate the pain relief and quality of survival,the influence of drug side effects,for traditional Chinese medicine medicinal jiaweishaoganfuzi soup cure yangxuhanning type provide clinical basis for pain,to make it more widely in clinical use.MethodsThis study adopt randomized controlled research method,set up sample diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,excluding-standard.The 78 cases of the cancer pain patients with the yangxuhanning type were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was 38 cases and was treated by oxycontin to relieve the pain.The treatment group was 40 cases and was treated by with the jiaweishaoganfuzi soup on the basis of the control group.The conditions of clinical efficacy and the improvement of life quality were compared in two group patients.ResultsThe norm analgesia maintenance times of treatment group apparently were longer than the control group(P<0.01).The daily dosages of oxycontin in treatment group apparently were less than the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%and significantly was superior to 76.3%in the control group for the treatment effect(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%and significantly was superior to 65.8%in the control group for the score of Karnofsky(P<0.05).The toxicant-side reactions such as astriction and nausea for treatment group apparently were less than the control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05).ConclusionThe jiaweishaoganfuzi soup combined the oxycontin can obviously raise the treatment effect and improve the life quality and lighten the toxicant-side reactions of oxycontin in treatment of the cancer pain patients with the yangxuhanning type.
