| Recently,with the rapidly progress of aging,the problem of middle-aged and aged people’s health is becoming the attention of the society due to aging population,our social security system hotspot faces the challenges.The continued improvement in social security system and building basic medical insurance system,improves the level of middle-aged and aged people’s health.Insurance is not only the key factor in impacting health’s level,but also is income.In different income level,the poor may face the higher morbidity,lower the level of health.And with the development of economic,the gap of economic level is expanding.Considering the people in different income level is the uneven distribution of insurance.The high income people enjoy the high medical service.However,the effect of medical insurance in the low income earners is low,which will increase the unfair distribution and be unable to promotethe improvement of health level in low income population.The result shows that there was inequity of health status of residents with different income levels.In a conclusion,the article try to combine medical insurance and income having an impact on middle-aged and aged people’s health,discussing in different income level,basic medical insurance affect the health of middle-aged and aged people.Whether basic medical insurance can relieve the inequality of health.In the content and structural arrangement,this paper first discusses the basic theory that factors of impacting on health level and Grossman model,which improve the income level and medical insurance are the factors of impacting on health level.Next,through the CHARLS data,using propensity score matching cancels the different of samples,which can control the factors of observability.In the empirical analysis part,firstly this paper discusses that the basic medical insurance and commercial insurance.Secondly,in different income level,basic medical insurance has influence on the health of middle aged and aged.Finally,because of city-countryside dualization,basic medical insurance impacts on rural and countryside people’s health.Through the analysis of the paper,this paper finds basic medical insurance has influence on health of middle aged and aged,expecially the low-income rural people,which can relieve the problem of health inequlity and improve the health level.However,the effects on city middle-aged and aged are higher than rural.Our basic medical insurance system is not relieves the problem of health inequlity.For commercial insurance,the promotions have remarkable.Compensation actions are important,which is benefical to improve the health level of middle-aged and aged. |
