Objective:Detecting PSD by sympathetic skin response combine with the content of moniamine neurotransmitter in the plasma and HAMD scores, evaluating PSD degree of depression to provide the scientific clinical diagnosis. Methods:According to the HAMD scores grouping normal human beings(N),pure cerebral apoplexy group(S)and PSD group. Each group has 20 patients, testing SSR stimulation to upper limb and lower limb, detecting incubation and amplitude to be used to compare the results of SSR between groups in presence of differences, thus to infer the function of autonomic nerve after the brain damaged.Test subjects the content of 5-HT and dopamine in plasma at the same time, and contrast differences between the groups,to further investigate the degree of depression after stroke,SSR results and monoamine neurotransmitter correlation between them.Results:1.The incubation and amplitude of SSR from the upper limb and lower limb in PSD patients is obvious difference than that of normal human beings(P<0.01);PSD group compared with stroke group incubation SSR from upper limb and lower limb have significant differences(P<0.01),the amplitude difference is not significant,no statistical significance(P>0.05);Compared with cerebral apoplexy patients, the incubation of SSR from the upper limb and the incubation and amplitude of SSR from the lower limb in normal human beings are obvious in difference(P<0.05),but the incubation of SSR from the lower limb has no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.PSD patients' 5-HT and dopamine contents in plasma are much lower than normal human beings or simple cerebral apoplexy patients(P<0.01);Simple stroke group and normal group to compare the 5-HT and DA content in plasma,no obvious difference, not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.HAMD score of PSD has positive correlation to incubation of SSR from the upper limb and lower limb, but has no correlation to amplitude;HAMD score of stroke group has positive correlation to incubation of SSR from the lower limb.HAMD score of normal control group SSR result has no relation with the score of HAMD.4.PSD patients' 5-HT and DA contents in plasma have negative correlation to HAMD score and the incubation of SSR.Conclusion:1.Patients with PSD SSR test results compared with normal group and pure cerebral apoplexy patients, the incubation obviously extended, and positively related to the degree of depression,so the detection of median nerve SSR changes can be used as an objective index to judge with or without abnormal autonomic nerve function after brain injury.2.In normal control group or pure stroke patients the contents of serotonin and dopamine content is significantly higher than the PSD group,so the detection in plasma moniamine neurotransmitter content can help support the PSD diagnosis.3.Based on the detection of SSR results, combined with the plasma in the content of moniamine neurotransmitter and HAMD scores of depression after stroke can be made more accurate, precise diagnosis, providing reliable diagnostic basis for future clinical work.
