Study On Compatibility Law Of Menstruation’s Pain Recipe

Objective:The Menstruationache is conclude menstruation headache,menstruation low-backache,menorrhalgia,menstruation breastache as the generic terms.In Chinese traditional medicine,it is belongs to menstru-ation disturbances.This project is based on the data mining technology,numerical calculating the drugs from the case of menstruation pain,in order to find out the regulation of compatibility of medicines which is aim at treating menstruation pain,meanwhile,to provide ideas and re-ference in the development of traditional Chinese medicine on innovati-on.Methods:Collecting and screening the case of menstruation pain since the Ming Dynasty from now,conclude a total of 763 cases.The esta-blishment of the database,as a result,analyze the results and calculate the associated rules.Apply the conclusion and discussion for regulations of all the pain medication.Results:The data for the used prescription drugs included in the med-ical record has been digitized.According to frequency analysis,we choose 44 drugs with a higher frequency,in which the frequencies of Chinese angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Rhizoma Cyperi are more than 200.Through a series of calculations by using the association rules,it shows 14 herb pairs with the high frequency which include baishao and danggui,chuanxiong and danggui,xiangfu and danggui,gancao and danggui as the representative medicine pairs,and 27 core drug groups which are represented by the group of chuan-xiong,baishao and danggui and also the group of gancao,baishao,and danggui.In addition,the statics have shown the blood management prescription form.(Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma chuanxiong and angelica,angelica,Rhizoma Cyperi and Angelica sinensis,Radix Angel-ica sinensis are 14 groups,with Rhizoma chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,angelica group,med-icine group 27 core Angelica group as the representative of the results can be found in blood management prescription form.Conclusion:①In clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,when curing menstruation’s pain,we should mainly focus on the treatment of internal organs such as liver,heart,spleen and kidney,among which liver treatment is most important.②Weakness and stasis is the main reason which leads to menstruation’s pain.On one hand,to deal with stasis,the most essential one is to make the blood flow fluently,in the second place,make the pneuma smoothly.On the other hand,to do with the weakness,the key is to enrich the blood cooperating with strengthen spleen and nourishing the kidney.③To sum up,the main medical group includes danggui,baishao and chuanxiong.Most recipe is based on it.For instance,if the patient gets a cold,guizhid and baizhi are recommended to add into it,if the patient is stasis,xiang fu and chaihu are recommended to add into it,if the patient’s kidney is weak,shudi is recommended to add into it.
