Based On Data Mining Technology To Analyze The Medication Rules Of National Senior Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Retarded Menstruation

Objective:In this study,the fifth,sixth,and seventh batches of national gynecology old TCM medical records of treatment of retarded menstruation were summarized and sorted,and the relevant information in the medical records was mined and analyzed to explore the medication rules of TCM in the treatment of retarded menstruation and summarize and innovate them,in order to provide reference for modern TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment,basic research in TCM,and research and development of Chinese herbal preparations.Methods:In thiBy incorporating data mining methods such as rule analysis and complex system entropy s study,the fifth,sixth,and seventh batches of old national gynecology TCM medical records of retarded menstruation were used to establish a database using Microsoft Excel 2019,and the data were uploaded to the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform V3.0 software.clustering analysis,the collected medical records were statistically analyzed for diseases,TCM syndrome types,and drugs;their formula and medication rules were mined;and potential new prescriptions were explored.Result1.There are a total of 420 records of retarded menstruation were included in the study,among which 9 types were diagnosed in TCM and 19 types were diagnosed in western medicine.Except for retarded menstruation,infertility is the most common diagnostic name in Chinese medicine,and polycystic ovary syndrome is the most common diagnostic name in western medicine.2.TCM syndromes:There were 115 TCM syndrome types,including liver stagnation and kidney deficiency(11.43%),phlegm-dampness(9.05%),spleen and kidney deficiency(7.86%),kidney deficiency and blood stasis(6.90%),and blood stasis(6.43%).3.Frequency of the drug use:There are 293 Chinese medicines in the included medical records,which were used a total of 5,927 times.The top ten Chinese medicines with the highest use frequency among them were:Radix Angelicae Sinensis(281),Semen Cuscutae(241),Radix Rehmanniae Preparata(201),Poria(190),Radix Paeoniae Alba(184),Rhizoma Cyperi(184),Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(168),Rhizoma Chuanxiong(167),Fructus(141),and Bai Zhu(137).4.Nature-taste meridian tropism:The four qi statistics of the drugs for the treatment of retarded menstruation in descending order of occurrence frequency were:warm drugs(2599),accounting for 44.33%;Neutral drugs(1541),accounting for 26.28%;Cold drugs(1448),accounting for 24.70%;Cool drugs(195),accounting for 3.33%;Thermal drugs(80),accounting for 1.36%.According to the descending order of occurrence frequency,the five flavors were as follows:Sweet(3504),accounting for 36.86%;Bitter drugs(2829),accounting for 29.76%;drugs with acrid(2219),accounting for 23.34%;Sour drugs(682),accounting for 7.17%;Salty medicine(273),accounting for 2.87%.The meridian tropism statistics showed that in descending order of occurrence frequency,liver meridian(3997),accounting for 27.03%;Kidney meridian(2685),accounting for 18.15%;Spleen meridian(2586),accounting for 17.48%;Heart meridian(1699),accounting for 11.49%,etc.5.Drug categories:The efficacy of the drugs used in retarded menstruation was divided into 19 categories.According to the descending order of frequency:tonic drugs(2462),accounting for 41.99%;1009 kinds of drugs for activating blood and resolving stasis,accounting for 17.21%;Qi-regulating drugs(429 kinds),accounting for 7.32%;372 kinds of heat-clearing drugs,accounting for 6.34%;348 kinds of diuretic and dehumidifying drugs,accounting for 5.94%,etc.6.Medication rnles and association rnles:Enter the module of "data analysisprescription analysis-association mles-medication mode" in the software of "TCMICS V3.0"and set the number of support degrees to 84(20%),and finally obtain a total of 34 data with the number of support degrees>84,including 14 Chinese medicinal materials,including Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Semen Cuscutae,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Rhizoma Cyperi,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Poria,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Fructus Lycii,Herba Epimedii,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Radix Dipsaci,and Achyranthis Radix.On the basis of "number of support degrees" of 84(20%),the confidence degree" of 0.6 was set,and the discovery rules were ranked as:Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong→Radix Angelicae Sinensis(0.93)in descending order of confidence degree;Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Fructus Lycii→ Semen Cuscutae(0.90);Fructus Lycii→Semen Cuscutae(0.87);Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Fructus Lycii→Semen Cuscutae(0.87);Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong→Radix Angelicae Sinensis(0.87);Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Paeoniae Alba→Radix Angelicae Sinensis(0.86);Semen Cuscutae,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata→Radix Angelicae Sinensis(0.82);Radix Rehmanniae Preparata→Radix Angelicae Sinensis(0.81);Radix Dipsaci→Semen Cuscutae(0.80),etc.7.Core prescription:The cluster number is set to "3",and three core prescriptions are obtained by the k-means algorithm:① Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Semen Cuscutae,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata(186);②Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Semen Cuscutae,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Rhizoma Cyperi and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(163);③ Semen Cuscutae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Pori a,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Angelicae Sinensis(71).Conclusion1.Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common and frequently-occurring disease leading to retarded menstruation,and infertility is often accompanied by retarded menstruation,so the retarded menstruation caused by polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility evolved from retarded menstruation will be the focus of clinical research in the future.The pathogenesis of retarded menstruation is complex and changeable.In clinic,we should pay attention to the effect of liver,spleen and kidney on retarded menstruation,and treat both manifestation and root cause of syndrome differentiation.2.Through the analysis of medication frequency,sexual taste and meridian tropism in the late menstrual period,we found that the warm drugs were the main medication properties in the late menstrual period,followed by the neutral drugs and cold drugs.The herbal flavor was mainly sweet,followed by bitter and pungent.The meridian tropism of drugs was mainly in the liver,spleen and kidney meridians,which were closely related to the heart meridian.Therefore,the retarded menstruation is not only related to the dysfunction of liver,spleen and kidney,but also related to the regulation function of the heart.Therefore,we should pay attention to the guiding significance of treating retarded menstruation from the heart and emotional therapy at the same time when treating retarded menstruation.3.Through the analysis of the efficacy of drugs in the late menstrual period,we know that the principle of "tonifying deficiency is the most important,and taking into account the functions of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,regulating qi and removing dampness" in the treatment in the late menstrual period,which confirms the clinical thinking of tonifying deficiency and reducing excess as well as treating both manifestation and root cause of disease.4.Through the analysis of medication rules and association rules in the late menstrual period,it was clear that the national gynecology senior TCM paid attention to treating both the manifestation and root cause of the disease" and used the appropriate compatibility of drugs in the treatment of late menstrual period,to achieve the effects of tonifying liver and kidney,nourishing and activating blood,regulating qi and removing dampness.5.Through the analysis of the three groups of core prescriptions obtained by clustering analysis,we demonstrated the important position of "harmonizing the functions of liver,spleen,and kidney,and harmonizing qi and blood" in the treatment of postmenstrual period.6.It is scientific to use TCMICS system(V3.0)to explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine of gynecology in the late stage of menstruation.It is a new approach to study the summary,inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and it is of great significance to promote the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine academic thought.
