The Clinical Study On Treating Stabl Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Added Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction

Objective: This paper aims to studying added gualou xiebai banxia deco-ction preparation in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with respect to clinical efficacy and safety,and to provide more evidence in clinical application of added gualou xiebai banxia deco-ction.Methods: Totally,there are 60 cases used in this thesis.The 60 cases wer-e acquired from our hospital,from March,2016 to March,2017.Accord-ing to the random number table,the random number is classified into tre-atment group and control group based on the ratio of 1/1 with 30 cases for each group.Randomized controlled trial is applied to the qualified subjects to conduct the prospective randomized controlled clini calstudy.Standardized treatment of western medicine is applied to theco ntrol gro-up.On the basis of standardized treatment of western medicine,the herbal decoction,added gualou xiebai banxia.This thesis conduct a 14 days observation to observe the classification of the severity of angina pectoris discontinue rate of nitroglycerin,TCM symptom,electro cardiogram befo-re and after treatment of the two groupsand to assess the efficacy as we as to monitorthe indices of adverse reaction on a regular basis.Results:(1)Before treatment,cases of the two groups have no significant differences(P>0.05)in terms of such lab efficacy indices as age,gender,course,angina pectoris grade,angina pectoris score,TCM syndrome score and electrocardiogram,which shows the two groups are of comparability before treatment;(2)With respect to the efficacy of angina pectoris symp-tom of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group is 76.67% and 66.67%,respectively,The treatment group is better than the control group,which is of statistical significance(P<0.05);(3)With respect to the efficacy of improvement of discontinue rate of nitroglycerin of the two groups,the discontinue rate of the treatm-ent group and the control group is 76.67% and 66.67%,respectively,The treatment group is better than the control group,which is of statisti-cal significance(P<0.05);(4)With respect to the efficacy of electrocardio-gram of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group is 56.67% and 50.00%,respectively.The two group have no significant differences,which is no difference of statistics(P>0.05);(5)With respect to classifycation of angin apectoris symptom,after treatment,classification of two group are too declined.The diffrences within the group of treatment group is significant(P<0.05),which is of statistical significance.The diffrences within the group of the control grou-p is of statistical significance(P<0.05).the differences between the two groups before and after having the medicine are significant differences(P<0.05),treatment group was significantly better than the control group which is of statistical significance;(6)With respect to TCM syndrome score of the two groups,after treatment,score of two group are too decli-ned,and the differences whthin the group are significant,so which is of statistical significance.The differrences between the two groups are signi-fycant,treatment group was significantly better than the control group,which is of statistical significance;(7)With respect to the overall efficacy of TCM syndrome of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group is 80.00% and 73.33%,respecttively.There is no significant differrences between the two groups(P<0.05),w-hich is of statistical significance.Conclusion: Added gualou xiebai banxia decoction combined with wes-tern medicine treatment is better than single western medicine treatment,and cansignificantly improve angina symptoms of stable angina pectoris patients,reduce anginal episodes,improve TCM symptoms,reduce theni-troglycer in usage;In ECG curative effect,the treatment group and the control group efficacy improve ment was not statistically significant,con-sidering patients at that time activities status and statistical analysis dif-ference about.Through strict conditions,we maybe can obtain a conclu-sion that has statistically significant differences.Added gualou xiebai banxia decoction in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart dis-ease process does not appear serious and harmful response,good safety.
