Clinical Observation Of Modified Gua Lou Xie Bai Ban Xia Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction on stable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis syndrome).Methods: All the patients were from the outpatient department of cardiovascular diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Among them,42 patients who met the inclusion criteria were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for 4 weeks.The scores of TCM syndromes,ECG efficacy and serum Hcy levels were recorded before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.SPSS22.0 is used for data analysis and processing,and a conclusion is drawn.Results:1.Total score of TCM syndromes: After 2 weeks of treatment and 4weeks of treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).2.Single integral of TCM syndromes: After 2 weeks of treatment and 4weeks of treatment,the single integral of TCM syndromes was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).3.Total effective rate: The total effective rate of TCM syndromes after 2weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment were 77.50% and 95.00%respectively.4.Effect of ECG: The improvement of ECG after 4 weeks of treatment was better than that after 2 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).5.Hcy level: After 4 weeks of treatment,Hcy level was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).The level of serum homocysteine after 4 weeks of treatment was significantly lower than that after 2 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction can reduce the total score of TCM syndromes in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronaryheart disease(phlegm-blood stasis type)and improve TCM syndromes.2.Modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction can improve the level of ischemic electrocardiogram in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm-blood stasis type).3.Modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction can reduce the level of serum homocysteine in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm-blood stasis type).
