| Objective: To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI)in the community of Wuhan,and to demonstrate the necessity and relevance of cognitive training in MCI.Analyzing the characteristics of MCI’s cognitive impairment dimension,and constrcuting the MCI cognitive training content system which suitable for China’s national conditions and with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,providing material support and reference for our country to carry out further cognitive intervention training.Methods: A total of 847 elderly people in 13 communities in Wuhan were surveyed by cluster sampling.The influencing factors of MCI were analyzed by univariate analysis.MCI’s cognitive impairment was used to score rate and correlation analysis.This paper summarizes the current situation of cognitive training both at home and abroad by using literature method.Based on the theory of brain plasticity and literature research,the MCI cognitive training content system is constructed by two rounds of Delphi expert consultation method.Results: 1.The detection rate of MCI in the community of Wuhan was 44.9%.And it was affected by age,educational level,occupation andmonthly income.2.381 cases of MCI elderly cognitive impairment score rate from low to high followed by: Delayed recall(54.5%),executive function(56.8%),immediate memory(67.0%),language(70.15%),calculation(84.15%),attention(86.17%),named(90.75%),directional force(96.15%).3.The first round of consultation for MCI cognitive training content system were included in 13 experts,the positive coefficient of experts was 86.67%,the questionnaire effective rate was 92.3%;the second round issued a total of 13 questionnaires,recyced 13 questionnaires,including valid questionnaires 13.The positive coefficient of experts is 100%,the questionnaire efficiency is 100%.Experts to cognitive training content system to build the judgment coefficient is 0.92,familiar with the degree is 0.54,the authority is 0.73.There is a significant difference in the chi-square test of the coordination coefficient W of the two rounds of expert consultation,and the coordination coefficient of the second round is higher than the first round to 0.40.4.The first round of expert consultation deleted 5 primary indicators,6 secondary indicators,6 third indicators,modified 3 secondary indicators and four third indicators,added 13 third indicators.The second rounds of expert advice on the basis of the first round of revision,deleted 5 third indicators,modified 1 third indicators.After two rounds of consultation,constituted a MCI cognitive training content system with the 8 primary indicators,26 secondary indicators,42 third indicators.5.13 Chinese medicine with the characteristics of cognitive training programs:TCM acupuncture name memory,TCM master portraitname memory,TCM acupuncture function memory,TCM point position memory,TCM acupuncture points overall,Chinese herbal medicine painting,TCM five elements knowledge learning,basic knowledge of TCM learning,basic knowledge of TCM internal organs learning,TCM five elements music listening,TCM elements of yin and yang judgments,TCM five elements music judgments.Conclusion: 1.The elderly people in Wuhan MCI detection rate is high,the focus of the crowd for MCI cognitive training is elderly,low education and physical labor.2.In this study,the MCI cognitive training content system was constructed by Delphi expert consultation method.In the course of the study,we strictly follow the principle of constructing the index system and design the expert consultation form on the basis of repeated argumentation.Select the experts have a good representation,a higher degree of authority,expert advice coherent,from the index system to establish the methodology,the results of this study is reasonable and reliable.The cognitive training system is being used with the community MCI elderly intervention,and will be further tested and improved through the empirical study. |
