| ObjectiveThe study of acne patients with phlegm coagulation-blood stasis constitution were selected and divided into the three treatment groups(acupuncture treatment with navel moxibustion method)and acupuncture treatment with western medicine and acupuncture treatment,through the analysis and comparison of a number of indicator before and after treatment and recurrence rate,to estimate the therapeutic effect of the treatment for acne with Yang-deficiency constitution of phlegm coagulation-blood stasis constitution with acupuncture and navel moxibustion method,to provide new train of thought for the clinical treatment of the disease.MethodsDepartment of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine therapy center and the acupuncture clinic in selected 95 patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of Yang-deficiency constitution with phlegm coagulation-blood stasis constitution,were randomly divided into three groups,treatment group(32 cases)and the control group 1(31 cases)and the control group 2(32 cases).Treatment:?All the groups were given disease local treatment combining with dialectical treatment with acupuncture point of simple acupuncture.Disease local treatment:apply face larger mature,pustule or cyst based iodine disinfection,gently with 5 needles prick,and then with cotton to crowded,clean up its contents,which were needed once a week.Dialectical use acupuncture point:acupuncture bilateral Hegu,Quchi,Neiting,Fenglong,Sanyinjiao and other facial bureau,treatments of all groups were required in every three days to ensure two treatments per week.?The treatment group with acupuncture and navel moxibustion method,which is ginger-salt-partitioned moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment double Zusanli,Tianshu,Yanglingquan and Chize,treatments of all groups were required in every three days to ensure two treatments per week.? The control group 1 with oral isotretinoin soft capsules,according to the daily oral dose in several times,each time 10 mg.? The control group 2 did not given other treatment.Above all is a course of 4 weeks,continuous treatment after two courses of overall curative effect observation.ResultsThere were 99 patients involved with 4 shedding cases,so the factual cases were 95 patients.Results after two courses of treatment are as follows:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group 1,control group 2 was 90.6%.77.4%.68.7%,the comparative difference was stastically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the three kinds of method can effectively improve the acne lesions,but the treatment group is better than the other two control groups.2.In the improve of acne skin,the comparison between the treatment group and control groupl and control group 2 were significantly decreased before and after treatment(P P=0.000<0.01).The results showed that the the treatment group is better than the control groups.3.In the improve of Yang-deficiency,the comparison between the treatment group and control groupl and control group 2 were significantly decreased before and after treatment(P=0.000<0.01).The results showed that the the treatment group is better than the control groups.4.The comparative difference with recurrence rate of the three groups was stastically significant(P=0.014<0.05),and the results showed that the treatment group in recurrence rate is lower than the control groups.ConclusionThe acupuncture treatment with navel moxibustion method and the oral western medicine combined acupuncture treatment and thetraditional acupuncture treatment,which all can improve the skin condition of patients with acne and the Yang-deficiency,but the acupuncture treatment with navel moxibustion method that are more better.By comparision between groups,it showed that the the acupuncture treatment with navel moxibustion method has a more stable effect,while compared with other therapies.While oral western medicine can bring many side effects,the acupuncture treatment with navel moxibustion g method has almost no side effects.The combination of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lingnan Yang's phlegm is clear,stable and reliable,thus it is worth popularizing in clinical application. |
