Clinical Observation On The Traditional Manipulations "Shaoshanhuo" Acupuncture Treatment Of Qi Deficiency Type Constipation After Stroke

ObjectiveThis study with Qi deficiency type constipation after stroke patients as the research object,through the acupuncture treatment principle of tonifying deficiency,excess or insufficiency of application of double entry "burning fire" acupuncture manipulation treatment.Compared with single lift interpolation method curative effect at the same time,analyze the curative effects between the groups,from the perspective of clinical research and evaluation traditional manipulations of"Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)clinical therapy for the treatment of Qi deficiency type constipation after stroke.For the traditional manipulations of "Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)provides the clinical basis for treatment of Qi deficiency type constipation after stroke,seeks to improve the curative effect of acupuncture treatment of Qi deficiency type constipation after stroke effective method for clinical treatment.MethodSixty Qi deficiency type constipation after stroke patients patients from GuangDong second traditional Chinese medicine hospital were randomly divided into a traditional manipulations of "Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)acupuncture treatment group and a single Lifting interpolation acupuncture treatment group.30 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups received basic treatment including the basic body acupuncture treatment of stroke and stroke rehabilitation training.Treatment on this basis,patients in the"Shaoshanhuo" group were treated with "Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)acupuncture treatment at "Tianshu(ST 25)" double side,"Shangjuxu(ST 37)"double side,"Guanyuan(RN 04)","Qihai(RN 06)" points,the treatment was given once a day,6 times a week,rest 1 day,each time the needle 30 minutes,in the first 15 minutes line needle once.A course of 7 days,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Finally,after the first day and the 14th day of treatment,all the patients were assessed with the constipation symptom score for the overall clinical effect.Result1.General data comparison shows that:the two groups in age,course of the disease,the two groups of gender,type of the primary disease,differences of no statistical significance(P>0.05),have certain comparability.2."Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)acupuncture treatment group and single Lifting interpolation acupuncture treatment of the control group before and after treatment comparison shows that:in the group by paired sample t test,"Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)acupuncture treatment group before and after the treatment of constipation symptoms total score was significant difference(t=18.820,P=0.000<0.01),for single Lifting interpolation acupuncture treatment group,the control group before and after treatment,the results showed the single Lifting interpolation acupuncture treatment group before and after treatment of constipation symptom integral is significant differences(t=6.920,P=0.000<0.01).The result shows:the "Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)acupuncture treatment group and single Lifting interpolation acupuncture treatment group to improve constipation symptoms have certain curative effect.3.The contrast between the two groups after treatment of constipation symptoms integral,according to the t’ test,the "Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)acupuncture treatment group and single Lifting interpolation acupuncture treatment group after treatment in both groups,constipation symptoms total integral comparison have obvious difference(t’=3.772,P=0.000<0.05).To the rank sum test,the two groups before and after the treatment of constipation symptoms total score difference comparison,with significant difference statistically significant(t=5.484,P=0.00<0.01).It prove the "Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)acupuncture treatment for constipation symptoms improved effect is better than that of single Lifting interpolation acupuncture treatment in the control group.4.To the rank sum test of two group total effective rate(Mann-Whitney U=283.0,P=0.016<0.05),so the two groups have significant difference efficiently。Two groups of subjects for clinical total curative effect after treatment:The "Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)acupuncture treatment group total effective rate was 90%;The single Lifting interpolation acupuncture treatment group total effective rate was 68.96%.Test by Fisher chi square test,It has significant difference between two groups.The "Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)acupuncture treatment group curative effect is superior to the single Lifting interpolation acupuncture treatment group.ConclusionThe "Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing needling)acupuncture treatment and s ingle Lifting interpolation acupuncture treatment all to different degree of improve clinical symptoms of constipation in patients with Qi deficie ncy type constipation after stroke,and the "Shaoshanhuo"(heat producing n eedling)acupuncture treatment group was obviously better than single Lif ting interpolation acupuncture treatment group.
