| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of constipation with deficiency syndrome after stroke by methods of body acupuncture and auricular acupoint sticking therapy by the main symptom scoring for constipation with deficiency syndrome after stroke.Method:85 cases were randomly divided into four groups, 23 cases in treatment group, 22 cases in acupuncture group, 20 cases in auricular control group, 20 cases in blank group. Treatment groups:â‘ acupuncture: ZhongWan, TianShu, Zusanli, ShangJuxu, Zhigou (the above-mentioned points fetch one pair of sides), the operation: The 0.25 X 40mm stainless steel needle perpendicularly acupuncture 1-1.5 cun, take an injection 30 minutes once a day, the middle line of needle 1, twisting frequency of 90-120 beats / min.â‘¡Auricular Point Sticking: ZhiChang, DaChang, Pi, PiZhixia, SanJiao, BianMidian. Press 4 times per day to the point that the feeling of heat, swelling, pain occurring and press the other side the next day. Body acupuncture control group: only use body acupuncture, acupoint selection and operation of the same treatment group. Ear point control group: only use auricular point pressing, the acupoint selection and operation of the same treatment group. Control group: untreated. Even five days are a treatment course, between two treatment courses is separated on 2nd, altogether observes two treatment courses.Results:1. There are no difference among age, gender, disease duration, type of stroke and clinical symptoms before treatment in the four groups of patients selected (P>0.05) and it is compatible.2. Based on the analysis of the variance on first dejection time of four groups, the treatment group, body acupuncture group, ear point control group and blank control group were significantly different (P<0.05); treatment group, body acupuncture control group and ear point control group were significantly different (P<0.05). There is no significant difference between acupuncture treatment group and body acupuncture control group (P>0.05). The treatment group, body acupuncture group, ear point control group have obvious curative effect on the promotion of rapid defecation, and the first two curative effects are clearly superior to the latter.3. There is significant deference among treatment group, acupuncture group and body acupuncture control group, ear point control group in individual symptom scores before and after treatment (P<0.05), and the first two have no significant difference in improving costive symptoms after stroke treatment (P>0.05), but they have significant deference compared with the ear point control group treatment (P<0.05). The treatment group, body acupuncture group, ear point control group have curative effect on improving of costive symptoms after the stroke, and curative effect of the former two were significantly better than the latter.4. Compared to its total curative effect respectively after one course of treatment and two courses of treatment, the curative effect of two courses of treatment is better than one course of treatment; treatment group, body acupuncture group, and ear point control group are more effective than the control group (p<0.05). Treatment group, body acupuncture control group have not significantly difference in effective rate (p>0.05), and their effective rate were higher than ear point control group (p<0.05). It presents the efficacy of the treatment group and body acupuncture group is better than ear point control group in the short term. The treatment group and body acupuncture therapy can shorten the overall treatment time of patients. Of course, these results may not reflect the whole because our sample size is too small. Conclusion:These results suggest that auricular point sticking combined with body acupuncture, simple body acupuncture and auricular point sticking therapy have effect on constipation with deficiency syndrome after stroke, and the efficacy of the former two are better than the latter two, but the good efficacy of auricular point sticking combined with body acupuncture therapy need to be observed using a large clinical samples. |
