Objective:To study the changes of serum IL-10, TGF-?1 andCD4+ CD25highCD127 lowTreg cells in children with allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma before and after specific immunotherapy, and to analyze the effects of these cytokines and cells on allergic rhinitis In children with allergic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis with specific immune therapy to provide clinical theoretical support. Methods:Forty children with acute attack of allergic asthma caused by dust mites diagnostic criteria for bronchial asthma in hospital from February 2014 to June 2015 were selected as study group,30 healthy children in the same time were selected as control group. Peripheral venous blood was collected in two groups of children, Two groups patients were taken peripheral blood, after 1 years of treatment, the study group collected peripheral venous blood, The content of IL-10 and TGF- beta 1 was determined by double antibody sandwich ELISA method,CD4+CD25+ cells,CD4+CD25high and CD4+CD25highCD127low ratio in CD4+T cells were measured by flow cytometry. Results:1)The study were included in 80 cases, the test process without shedding cases, of which 40 cases of test group, the control group of 40 cases. The level of IL-10 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(34.22 ± 3.58) pg / ml(P <0.05). The level of TGF-?1 in the experimental group was(1042.15 ± 50.74) pg(P <0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-10 in the experimental group was significantly increased(P <0.05) and the level of TGF-?1 was significantly decreased(P <0.05) in the control group(847.22 ± 55.39) pg /.(3) The percentage of CD4 + CD25 + T cells(9.15 ± 2.28)%, CD4 + CD25high(0.72 ± 0.28)% and CD4 + CD25highCD127low(5.67 ± 0.75)% cells in the experimental group were significantly lower CD4 + CD25 + T cells(12.39 ± 6.28)%, CD4 + CD25high(1.23 ± 0.32)% and CD4 + CD25highCD127low(9.71 ± 0.95)% in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group CD4 + CD25 high and CD4 + CD25highCD127 low cells were significantly increased(P <0.05) in percentage of CD4 + T cells. The FEV1 percentage in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(83.44 ± 11.36)(p <0.01). After treatment, the FEV1 percentage of the experimental group was 82.47 ± 8.90) Was comparable to the control group(83.02 ± 7.26)(> 0.05).(58.60 ± 6.55) and the control group(58.60 ± 6.55) were significantly lower than those in the control group(58.60 ± 6.55) after the treatment(P <0.01);(5) PAQLQ score:(26.98 ± 3.42) was significantly lower than that of the control group(30.44 ± 6.98)(p <0.01); after treatment, the experimental group(29.07 ± 5.49)) Was significantly lower than that of the control group(30.11 ± 4.56)(P <0.01).(3) The score of emotion was significantly lower in the experimental group(37.87 ± 4.16) than that in the control group(43.61 ± 5.96)(42.86 ± 5.63) was comparable to the control group(44.94 ± 6.34)(> 0.05). Conclusion:1) Allergic rhinitis in children with allergic rhinitis in patients with the existence of inhibitory cytokines IL-10 secretion situation. In children with allergic asthma with allergic rhinitis TGF-?1 factor in the abnormal expression, the role of complex. 2) Allergic rhinitis in children with allergic rhinitis in peripheral blood CD4 + CD25, CD 4+ CD25highCD127 lowTreg cells in the proportion of CD4 + cells decreased significantly. 3) Allergen-specific immunotherapy can be effective in the treatment of allergic asthma, reduce acute onset of clinical symptoms, reduce morbidity and hospitalization, and can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
