Objective:To investigate the expression of IL-33 in tumor tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal tissues of pancreatic cancer patients, and to explore the correlation between the expression of IL-33 and the clinicopathological parameters of pancreatic cancer. Methods: The relative expression of IL-33 mRNA in tumor tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal tissues of pancreatic cancer was detected by Quantitative Real-time PCR.At the same time, the expression of IL-33 in tumor tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal tissues were verified by immunohistochemistry analysis. To analyze the relationship between the age, sex, tumor size, differentiation,TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, local invasion and other clinical pathological parameters. Results: The qPCR results by statistical analysis showed that the expression of IL-33 mRNA in paracancerous tissues was the highest, normal tissue middle and tumor tissues was least;Immunohistochemical results showed that IL-33 expression was highest in paracancerous tissues, the expression of IL-33 was in the middle in normal tissue, and the expression of IL-33 in tumor tissues was the least; In paracancerous tissue,IL-33 expression and lymph node metastasis, local invasion was significantly correlated(P?0.05),and pancreatic cancer patients with gender, age, tumor size, degree of differentiation,TNM staging without significantly correlated(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of mRNA IL-33 was the highest in paracancerous tissues, the expression in normal tissue was in the middle, and the least in tumor tissues,IL-33 played a anti-tumor role in pancreatic cancer. In paracancerous tissues, the expression of IL-33 was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis and local invasion of pancreatic cancer. The expression of IL-33 was not related to the age, sex, tumor size, degree of differentiation and TNM stage.
