In this study, C. morifolium R.. and C.tinctoria N. as raw materials, using water,80% ethanol, ethyl acetate, pet-oleum ether four different polar solvent to extract effective components, analysis of the relative content of the extracts and of different solvent extracts of antioxidant activity and antibacterial activity were studied. The main results are as follows:1. The contents of total flavonoids in the of C. morifolium R, ethyl acetate,80% ethanol, water extract and petroleum ether extract were 13.44%,13.12%,8.55%,2.42%, respectively; The content of chlorogenic acid were:0.10%?0.60%?0.76%?0.04%; The content of Lutelin-7-O-?-D-glucoside were:0.52%> 1.52%?1.12%?0.08%;The content of 3,5-O-discaffeoylquinc acid were 1.68%?3.04%?1.24%?0.02%?The contents of total flavonoids in the of C.tinctoria N. ethyl acetate,80% ethanol, water extract and petroleum ether extract were 14.56%?26.50%?10.7%?4.00% respectively; The content of chlorogenic acid were:0.10%?0.60%?0.76%?0.04%;The content of Lutelin-7-O-?-D-glucoside were:5.46%?3.72%?2.73%?0.18%;The content of 3,5-O-discaffeoylquinc acid were:0.74%?0.28%?0.16%?0.12%?2. The test of antioxidant activity in vitro.(1) The ability of the order of 80% ethanol extract>ethyl acetate extract>waterextract>petroleum ether extract.(2) The scavenging ability of DPPH·, C. morifolium R. 80% ethanol extract,ethyl acetate extract and water extract of scavenging DPPH·IC50 were 0.33,0.56,0.57mg/mL, C.tinctoria N.80% ethanol extract and ethyl acetate extract in the determination of the mass concentration range of DPPH·clear rate is always higher than 50%, the water extract scavenging DPPH ·IC50 values for 0.44mg/mL. (3)The scavenging ability of O2--·, C. morifolium R..80% ethanol extract, ethyl acetate extract, water extract and petroleum ether extract of scavenging O2-· the IC50 were 0.44, 0.62,0.69 mg/mL, C.tinctoria N.80% ethanol extract, ethyl acetate extract, water extract scavenging O2- ·the IC50 were 0.26,0.55,0.68mg/mL. Elimination of petroleum ether extract, the clearance rate is always less than 50%.(4) The ability to scavenge·OH, C. morifolium R 80% ethanol extract and water extract scavenging OH the IC50 value of 0.34, 0.56mg/mL, ethyl acetate extract and petroleum ether extract clear ·OH capability is relatively weak, clearance rate can not reach 50%; C.tinctoria N.80% ethanol extract, ethyl acetate extract, water extract scavenging ·OH of the IC50 values were 0.31,0.30, 0.55mg/mL.3. The antibacterial activity in vitro experiment.(1) C. morifolium R.4 kinds of antibacterial activity of solvent extraction,80% ethanol extract and water with a matter of four for bacteria inhibition effect size:S. aureus> B. subtilis> S. enteritidis> E. coli, C. morifolium R.petroleum ether extract on S. aureus and B. subtilis were certain inhibitory effect, petroleum ether extract of E. coli and S. enteritidis no antibacterial effect.(2) C.tinctoria N.4 kinds of antibacterial activity of solvent extraction in the analysis C.tinctoria N.80% ethanol extract, acetic acid ethyl ester extract, water provided on four kinds of tested strains had obvious inhibitory effect, the four tested bacteria inhibition effect size for:S. aureus> B. subtilis> S. enteritidis> E. coli, the ethyl acetate extract of 4 kinds of bacteria inhibitory effect was the strongest,. Petroleum ether extract on S. aureus and B. subtilis were certain inhibitory effect, the petroleum ether extract had no inhibitory effect on E. coli and S. enteritidis(3) Test results of minimum inhibitory concentration of 4 kinds of solvent extracts of C. morifolium R.. and C.tinctoria N.(3) The MIC of 80% ethanol extracts of C. morifolium R. on four test bacteria were all 60mg/mL, The MIC of 80% ethanol extracts of C.tinctoria N. on test bacteria:30,15,15,3.75mg/mL; The MIC of ethyl acetate extracts of C. morifolium R. on test bacteria were 60,60,15,15mg/mL. The MIC of ethyl acetate extracts of. C.tinctoria N. on test bacteria were 15,15,3.75,3.75mg/mL. The MIC of water extracts of. C. morifolium R. on test bacteria were 80,80,60,60mg/mL. The MIC of water extracts of. C.tinctoria N. on test bacteria were70,70,15,15mg/mL. The MIC of petroleum ether extracts of C. morifolium R. on 2 test bacteria were 100mg/mL. The MIC of petroleum ether extracts of C.tinctoria N. on 2 test bacteria were 90mg/mL.
