Research On Medical Insurance Fund-Raising Of Urban-Rural Residents Of Ouhai,Wenzhou

Medical insurance system has a bearing on the national economy and the people’s livelihood. New medical insurance system corresponding with era development and local traits has been being explored and perfected nationwide, in which fund-raising is the obstacle and key to success for that it concerns the sustainability, people’s primary interests and harmony and stability of the economic society. With the economic prosperity and steady growth of the living standard,health and relevant medical care are being attached great importance. Ouhai integrated and established medical insurance by raising fund among all urban-rural residents in 2013, which promoted social equity and development of medical care insurance system. However, obstacles emerge in raising funds like relatively low level, narrow channels and weak willingness of residents in the process, which curb the sustainability of medical insurance and cause harm to people’s interest demands and social harmony and stability.The thesis researches on medical insurance fund-raising system of urban-rural residents of Ouhai, Wenzhou based on methods of literature research,data analysis and survey. Firstly, it illustrates current situations of medical insurance;the second part analyzes in details the root cause in terms of channels,policies, levels and principles and elaborates on the main problems, such as financing channels is monotonous, capital structure is not stable, financing way is multifarious, financing level is not high, and the principle of the financing is optional.Finally, the thesis proposes some solutions from aspects of government, community,individuals and society and tries to offer references for medical insurance fund-raising of urban-rural residents of Ouhai, Wenzhou.
