Study On Disease Of Six Channels Based On Zhang Zhongjing's View Of Healthy Qi And Pathogenic Qi

Objective:Through to explore the struggle between healthy and pathogenic in the diseases of six meridians in the different situation, the study will understand the ups and downs of good and evil for the generation and transmission prognosis influence of six channels syndrome to determine resourceful treatment measures, and provides a new train of thought to learn Treatise on Cold Damage. At the same time, from the perspective of the struggle between healthy qi and pathogenic qi,the study will more simple and profound understand syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians theory, in order to guide the clinical work.Methods:This study adopts the methods of Original study, literature search and theoretical research, to sum up and discuss the relevant provisions of Treatise on Cold Damage. Firstly, from the perspective of the literature, this study summarizes the related concepts of healthy and pathogenic from Huangdi's Canon of Medicine,Classic of Difficulties, Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous, to explore the meaning of the healthy qi and pathogen in the eyes of Zhang Zhongjing. Secondly, based on the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous, this study summarizes various factors that Zhang Zhongjing think these have an effect on the ups and downs of healthy and pathogen. Again, based on the original text of Treatise on Cold Damage, this study discusses the correlation that the different situation and result of the struggle between healthy qi and pathogen impact on the occurred and transmission of six meridian syndrome.Results:Through the above research,this study finds that Zhang Zhongjing's view of good and evil inherited those previous views from Huangdi's Canon of Medicine and Classic of Difficulties, etc, and carried forward. And view of healthy qi and pathogen runs through the six channles syndrome always. Such as the main disease pathogenesis of Taiyang disease is the struggle between healthy qi and pathogen in the exterior, Yangming disease is the severe struggle between healthy qi and pathogenic qi in the interior, Shaoyang disease is the slow struggle between good.And evil in the interior and the main disease pathogenesis of Sanyin disease is that pathogenic qi is invincible and healthy qi is insufficient.Conclusion:Boils down to the prosperity and decline of the continuous changes directly affect corresponding changes in the disease of yin and Yang, which determines the Liujing disease occurrence and advance and retreat,and guides the doctors proper use of the principle of Fuzhengquxie.
