Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Infantile Asthma With The Method Of Liao’s Infantile Massage

Objective:1. To improve the asthmatic children’s asthma symptoms and enhance the control of the symptoms of asthma in children.2. To provide effective methods for the treatment of children asthma in remission stage.enrich and develop the methods and content of pediatric massage, make up for the shortage of medical treatment,save medical costs.Methods:Using random grouping and parallel control design,the 90 patients with asthma in remission period patients were randomly divided into group A (Liao’s pediatric massage therapy),group B (traditional pediatric massage therapy), group C (therapy),each with 30 cases. Efficacy evaluation index of pulmonary function (FEV1, FEV1/FVC, MMEF, FEFso%, FEF75%), asthma symptom scores, children with asthma control test (C-ACT) as the main investigation and evaluation index, the collected related data by statistical software SPSS 19.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1. Baseline data:three groups of subjects age, gender,height,weight,intervention before asthma days general data were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Three groups of subjects before the intervention of lung function index FEV1, FEV1/FVC, MMEF, FEF50%, FEF75%), asthma symptom scores, the children with asthma control test (C-ACT) scores showed no statistical significance (P>0.05), so three groups with comparable.2. Comparison of the prognosis between the groups:on the three groups of subjects implement different intervention, the index of pulmonary function (FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEF75%) and asthma daytime symptom score differences were no statistical significance(P>0.05); lung function index (MMEF, FEF50%) and nocturnal asthma symptoms score and c-act score, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).3. Before and after the intervention group:three groups of patients before and after the intervention, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEF75%difference no statistical significance(P>0.05), MMEF,FEFso%compared in C group(P>0.05)outside, a group and B group (P<0.05) that a group, MMEF in group B patients before and after the intervention, FEFso%difference has statistical significance; There was no significant difference between the three groups before and after the intervention (.P>0.05), the difference of the night symptom scores was statistically significant (;P<0.05); the difference of C-ACT score was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In asthma remission period, the application Liao’s child massage treatment intervention, can effectively alleviate the children small airway dysfunction, improve lung function index, improve the children sleep at night, control usually lives in children with asthma symptoms and improve the quality of life, reduce the burden of family and society. The point with a streamlined, simple operation, easy to learn,it is worth to the children’s family and the whole society to promote the application.
