Clinical Observation Of Liu's Pediatric Massage In The Treatment Of Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency RRTI Remission Period

Objective: To observe the clinical manifestations and changes in serum of the IgA,IgG,IgM index and evaluate the clinical effecte before and after the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI).In order to promote the development of the pediatric massage green medical and provide effective treatment prescription,so as to improve the patients’ life quality.Methods: 60 cases of RRTI children were randomly divided into Liu’s infantile massage group and YU-Pingfeng San group,30 cases in every group.One group use Liu’s infantile massage therapy,and the other one use the YU-Pingfeng San for a course of 1 month.Each group would be tested the IgA,IgG,IgM level before and after the treatment,and be evaluated of curative effect and syndromes within one year after treatment.Results:1)The total effective rate in Liu’s infantile massage group is 90.00%,in YU-Pingfeng San group is 83.33%,the difference between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05),the curative effect in Liu’s infantile massage group is better than YU-Pingfeng San group.2)Before the treatment,the primary symptoms of two groups(the frequency,the course,disease classification) had no significant difference,after the treatment for two kinds of schemes,the primary symptoms of both groups were obviously improved than before(P < 0.05),shows that both schemes are efficacious,but the curative effect of Liu’s infantile massage group is more significant than the YU-Pingfeng San group(P < 0.05).3)Before the treatment,the subordinate syndromes of two groups were no obvious difference,data are comparable,after the treatment,two groups are both improved than before(P<0.05);after the treatment the subordinate syndromes of two groups were compared,in the aspect that improving "sweat", " lusterless face ", "diarrhea ", "dyspepsia" the Liu’s infantile massage group is better than the YU-Pingfeng San group(P < 0.05),but that improving "weakness,pale lip ",tongue and pulse had no difference between two groups(P>0.05),there was no significant4)difference.5)Before the treatment,two groups had no significant difference in serum IgA,IgG,IgM,after the therapy both of them were higher than before(P < 0.05);and the curative effect of Liu’s infantile massage group was better(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1) Liu’s infantile massage and YU-Pingfeng San in treating RRTI of lung and spleen deficiency syndrome in the remission stage were remarkable curative effect.2)Two therapies were compared by the primary symptoms(the frequency,the course,disease classification),the subordinate syndromes and the serum IgA, IgG,IgM, shows that Liu’s infantile massage group curative effect is superior to YU-Pingfeng San group.
