By orthogonal test, the optimized system of Polygoni Multiflori Radix processing temperature, processing time, drying temperature on the quality of the processed products. In styrene glycosides, free emodin, combined emodin content as an index, through the comprehensive evaluation method to determine the optimal processing conditions for:processing temperature is 80?, the processing time is 12 h, the drying temperature was 60?. By orthogonal experiments on the influence degree of the effect of three processing conditions on the processing:processing temperature>drying temperature> processing time.2. The traditional "nine steam nine drying" process has been improved, selected the three processing conditions:processing temperature 80?, respectively processing time of 12 h, drying temperature 60?; Processing temperature 80?, the processing time of 12 h, drying temperature 50?; Processing temperature 80?, the processing time of 16 h, drying temperature 70?, under the condition of the dry processing, so nine times. Nine processed products under different processing conditions, with styrene glycosides, free emodin, combined emodin content as examining index, the result is better to create 3 times in a row, so need only "SanZhi" processing of Polygoni Multiflori Radix, do not need to be "JiuZhi".3. The main chemical composition content determination of Polygoni Multiflori Radix:using HPLC to determine the system of free emodin in Polygoni Multiflori Radix styrene glycosides, combined with the content of emodin.By anthrone colorimetry to determine the total sugar, polysaccharide, reducing sugar content. Experimental results show that the system of each component with the extension of processing time in Polygoni Multiflori Radix, present some regularity of change. Process of diphenylethylene glycosides were decreased; Free emodin content increased, but the processing time is too long free emodin also into a downward trend; Combination of cut down the content of emodin and up the side effects of ingredients; Total sugar, polysaccharide, reducing sugar content increased.4. In terms of physical and chemical identification, microscopical identification of powder of Polygoni Multiflori Radix processed products, can be directly observed after processing, part of the microscopic structure has changed, Number of starch grains dropped, calcium oxalate crystal cluster density decreased significantly.5. Polygoni Multiflori Radix HPLC fingerprint analysis system, explores the process of Polygoni Multiflori Radix of the chemical composition of the quantitative change and qualitative change.Detection of infrared spectra of f Polygoni Multiflori Radix, through comparing the raw Polygoni Multiflori Radix and the infrared spectrum characteristics of processed products, raw Polygoni Multiflori Radix were found and the changing rule of the absorption spectrum of the processed products.Through the investigation of each index, combined with the comprehensive evaluation method, the optimal processing technology was determined as follows: processing temperature of 80?, processing time 12 h, drying temperature 60? processing three times.
