Outcom Analysis Of Surgical Interventions For Rockwood Type ??? Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

Objective:To compare the clinical result of the clavicular hook piate and the non-absorbable Suture Anchor System with bone pin for the treatment of Rockwood type ???acromioclavicularjoint dislocation.Methods:From March 2011 to March 2015,56 patients with fresh Rockwood type ???acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated using the clavicular hook plate and the non-absorbable Suture Anchor System with bone pin.33 males and 23 females.The ages of the patients were 25 to 53 years,mean 36.8years.all patients were closed injury,all patients for 2 weeks after injury,Between injury and surgery on an average of 6d.?21type cases,IV type 11 cases,V type 24 cases.26 patients were managed by the clavicular hook plate(group A),30 by the non-absorbable Suture Anchor System with bone pin(group B).All patients received the same postoperative drug treatments,function to guide and rehabilitative exercise.Results:56 patients were followed up for an average of 10.7 months(6-20 months).group A:I postoperative incision healing,shoulder joint function recovery,not happening again dislocationConclusion.group B:Postoperative shoulder joint appearance is normal,shoulder joint function recovery,2 cases of postoperative needle spicule way around a mild infection,pull out the spicule and local treatment after healing,again without internal fixation of fracture and dislocation.Conclusion:the non-absorbable Suture Anchor System with bone pin has reset the good treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation,reliable fixation,small trauma,fewer complications,avoid secondary operation to take out the advantages of internal fixation,Rockwood is treatment ??? effective method of the fresh acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
