Research On Project Quality Management Of P Enterprise ULC Project

As per the reform and opening up policy deployed,China’s economy has been well developed with many industries booming up.One of the critical reasons of the great success is the introduction of overseas technology as well as the knowledge of management to domestic enterprises,in which,the project management theory plays a more and more important role.Meanwhile,as one of the core business competitive qualifications,the product quality becomes a strategic focus in marketing competition.To improve the product quality,project quality management theory have been widely used in various industries.Medical equipment industries as one of the fastest growing industries in the world today,pay more attention to product quality and reliability.However,due to the late start of the domestic medical equipment industry,in terms of project management as well as new product project quality management compared with the foreign advanced enterprise there is a big gap.Therefore,the combinations of new product development projects,the paper cite the quality management knowledge and elaborate the project quality management activities specifically.The paper is divided into six chapters,the first research background and significance,as well as new product development project quality management in the research status at home and abroad were introduced,starting from the point of view of quality management theory and actual project proposed the significance of the research objectives and the research topics.Second,elaborate the application of new product development projects’ quality management theory and methods in the enterprise,also listed the quality tools commonly used in the project quality management process.Third,combine with P enterprise specific implementation of the new product development project,summarizes three phases in the new product development project,that is project definition and the decision phase,project planning and design phase,project implementation and control phase,clear the content and methods of quality control of each phase,forming the content of the format and standardization,then provide useful references for other medical equipment product enterprise in the new product development project in the process of quality management activities.Finally,the full paper is summarized.
