Application Of Project Management In Y City’s Wisdom Medical Platform Project

Since the launch of the new medical reform plan in 2009,our health service concept and information construction thinking have undergone great changes in recent years.The construction mode of health informatization also begins to be transformed from the hospital’s individual application system construction to the regional health informatization construction in the city(county).Wisdom medical uses Internet of things,communication and other technologies combined with modern medical philosophy.Wisdom medical uses the Internet of things,such as communication technology combined with modern medicine,build on electronic health records as the center of regional health information platform,the business process integration between hospitals,optimizes the regional health resources,to achieve across medical institutions of online booking and two-way referral,shorten the patient process,reduce relevant formalities,makes the medical resources rational allocation and truly patient-centered.In the context of China’s new healthcare reform,wisdom medical is moving into the lives of ordinary people.This thesis is based on the management of wisdom medical project in Y city.We found the deficiencies in project management,and put forward some measures and Suggestions for future reference through the project risk management,quality management and human resource management analysis.Firstly,this paper reviews the concept and content of project management,and secondly,the wisdom medical management platform is briefly summarized,and then we analyze the management of wisdom medical project in Y city.In the end,we propose the deficiencies in the project management process and suggestions for improvement,seeking to meet the effective methods and ways to promote the management of wisdom medical projects.
